Beautiful Home on 1/2 acre Property with own private driveway. Large manicured Lawn faces Swimming Lagoon directly in front of Property. Year round sunsets can be enjoyed from the Deck and yard. Old style barbecue with picnic tables is located right next to the beach. Giant Ironwood trees give shaded relief from the warm beach just steps away.

The Owners have had the property for 45 years; building this house 12 years ago. The pride of owning such a jewel is reflected in the excellent condition of the home and property.

The proximity to the beach and water is amazing. The house is very comfortable and has all the things you need for a beach vacation. The location is great close to lots of beautiful beaches and bays. It feels much more like a locals hang out than a tourist trap. Mark, Nancy and Snoopy are wonderful hosts and will do what they can to make your vacation everything you want it to be.

Our stay at Kawela Kai was nothing short of amazing, even with the pending Kona stormthat hit the island at the end of our stay!Mark was so helpful and we all loved talking to him for tips on our activities or just some of the many stories he shared with us. The house was perfect for our family of five and had plenty of gear for playing in the ocean. Loved having the washer and dryer available to use. Kitchen was also well stocked with pots and dishes to accommodate us, as well as some pantry basics that we were able to use and saved us from having to buy. The location was great to experience the charm of the north shore. We could have sat on the beach all day everyday-absolutely beautiful location!

This was our third time here….we never tire of coming to this wonderful place! It’s a very comfortable house that is just steps from the beach. Mark, Nancy and Snoopy couldn’t be more welcoming and wonderful. We already booked for next year while sitting on the deck looking out on the ocean.

Great bungalow on the beach!

Beautiful location on the beach. Plenty of room inside and out. Mark and Nancy were outstanding hosts! Great recommendations for lunch and dinner. We ate at the house for our breakfasts. The beach is quiet and right off the property. The private drive is tucked away but very easy to get in and out of. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Had a fantastic stay at Kawela Kai on the beach! The view and access to the ocean was amazing. We had turtles right next to us while swimming! House had everything that we needed and then some! If you are looking for a comfortable home to rest your head between activities, this is the place for you.

A Perfect Stay

We loved our week at Kawela Kai. The location has to be seen to be believed. Absolutely incredible. The house has everything you need for a family and the kitchen is well equipped. Mark was an amazing host and we really enjoyed talking with him and learning about the history of the area and his adventures. We can't wait to come back.

Our family loved this beach house. You can’t beat the private location, the view from the porch, or the comfortable beds. We didn’t want to leave.
