Perfect location and accommodation

The condo is very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, very clean and spacious for a family of four. Loved the screened in balcony. Perfectly located on the beach with private access. Excellent management company!

Just perfect !

Two week stay in this beautiful condo - It has been nicely redone - very comfy all around and great patio with view - enjoyed the great furnishings and it has everything you could want or need in the kitchen or for the beach ! Property mgmt folks were super responsive - pool was inviting - great under bldg parking - Loved the property !!

We love Sandpiper Beach because it is off-the-beaten-path. You really feel like you have a private piece of the island when you are at Sandpiper Beach. #506 is beautifully updated throughout with gorgeous bathrooms, new living room furnishings and large flat screen TVs with DVD players in the living room and both bedrooms (these are not your standard bedroom TVs!). The owners have made sure their guests have everything they could need for the best beach vacation with a well-stocked, ground-level storage locker. 3 bikes are provided for the guests use.

Awesome Clean Beachfront Condo

We have stayed in many condos, but this was one of the best we have stayed in. Everything was exactly as in the pictures and description (which isn't always the case). It was clean (and we are extremely picky) and tastefully decorated. It was tucked back off any main roads and very private. We have no complaints. We loved it. It will definitely be top on our list to visit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sanibel Holiday staff was a delight to work with from the beginning of the reservation process until our checkout day. This was our second year to book this unit with Sanibel Holiday, and it was a great experience both years. We found their service consistently good. Sandpiper Beach is a nice place to stay if you want privacy and quiet without all the resort trappings. It's not too far from Perwinkle Way, which will take you to most places on the island. The owner has done a good job of anticipating guests' needs, and the Sanibel Holiday staff is readily available if anything else might be needed. We hope to return as we now consider this our home away from home!

love that you loved your time at Sandpiper Beach 506! I couldn't agree more - this is a GREAT unit! The decor is perfect with a modern beachy feel - just what you want when you are staying a the beach! The kitchen and baths are recently updated with the baths being gorgeous! The private storage locker is well stocked with beach equipment and guests love that it is on the ground floor so getting chairs and umbrellas to the sand is very easy! Thank you so much for your wonderful review and we look forward to seeing you again in 2020!

My only suggestion is to update the contents of the storage room. The bikes were unusable because the tires were flat and we could not even remove the cap to inflate it. It was stuck tight. On one of the bikes the tires were completely rotted. We ended up using rental bikes. Also, the beach chairs are very old with visible mildew stains. Other than that we were very happy with our stay.

If at any time beach equipment needs to be replaced, please let Sanibel Holiday know so that this can be taken care of. Wonderful! Already booked for next year.

This unit was at a wonderful location. Easy to access pool and beach. There was a minor issue with the air conditioning unit and a slow draining sink which Matt at sanibel holiday handled immediately. The storage unit with beach toys, bikes, beach umbrellas, etc… was a great amenity. We were all able to ride bikes to the Fourth of July parade. We have already booked this same unit for next year. You will not be disappointed. Thanks to the owners for a great vacation!

Everything was exactly as described. Bikes, beach wagon, and beach chairs very helpful. Used charcoal grill for delicious bratwurst dinner. Would love to return!

A spacious condo decorated beautifully with a gorgeous view of the pool, beach and tropical vegetation. It truly becomes your home away from home. We loved the boardwalk to the beach over the mangroves. The pool area was great with lots of loungers (loved the live palm trees planted right inside the pool area). We made use of the charcoal BBQs and had some fun games of shuffleboard while we waited for our food to grill. The Sanibel Holiday staff were very accommodating and helpful. Don't hesitate to book your stay here!

Love Sand Piper Beach Condominiums

This is a great condo on so many levels. It’s kitchen is well stocked, loved the location of bldg 5 and its ability to be private even sitting on the lanai. Would love to give it 5 stars but seriously why can’t you have a laminated sheet of instructions to operate the televisions. Last thing a guest wants to do is try and figure out how to operate the many remotes after spending a day traveling!!! You advertise bikes but you have no ability to raise the seats to fit different guest sizes as not a single common household tool is provided in the condo. So advertising that we get to use the bikes is pointless without a tool unless you fit how the owner left it. Last but not least its so old school that we have to pick up keys from a management company. With keyless entry pads so readily accessible, why not make it easier on your guest? It’s a great location and a very nice updated condo if you overlook a few minor things.

Quiet, comfortable condo

This is our favorite vacation spot. Sandpiper Beach 506 is located on the top floor and is next to a nature preserve. It is very quiet and calm.

Loved SB 506

Everything worked, was clean, quiet and attractive with the exception of the two adult bicycles - one needing a new/fixed seat and one needing a new tire. Highly recommend this unit without reservation!
