Central HVAC, Apple TV with all streaming services, two new 75" TVs, central vacuum, barbecue grill, finished basement with a game room filled with kids’ toys. Big yard for family sports as well as a community playground, nine hole golf course, four clay tennis courts, sailing, swimming, kayaking and biking. Peaceful, tranquil and beautiful getaway for a family.

No parties or events allowed. Strictly for family vacations. The community takes this very seriously.

Ocean getaway

There was nothing about this vacation rental we'd change. Home was beautiful, location was perfect...the owner was so easy to work with. Our entire family can't wait to go back!
