About this property

Beautiful 3 bedroom home w heated pool, in Southwest Florida

Hi, and welcome to our home!
It’s a beautiful and clean 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with heated pool (electric) and beautiful lanai area. The inside living area is an open great room with vaulted ceilings and lots of seating including a sofabed, a couple of other couches, a nice comfy recliner, and bar stools around the kitchen counter area.
We have flat screen TV’s throughout the house, and various dvd's, books, and games for relaxing time around the house!
The master suite includes a king size bed with a walk in closet, and ensuite with separate entrance to lanai and pool area. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, with sliding door walkout to lanai, and the 3rd bedroom contains a set twin beds. The garage contains a bbq/grill, several bicyles and pool/beach equipment to add to your fun. We have a small bar fridge in the lanai area to keep chilled refreshments outside! High speed wireless internet is included, along with basic cable; the smart TV's also allow for various streaming options and you are encouraged to bring your own streaming devices as needed.
The property is located in a desirable Port Charlotte neighborhood, and is a great area for going on walks and bike rides! Yet we are close to shopping and restaurants, with a great comedy club just a 5 minute drive away! Add another couple of minutes and you are ready to drive over the bridge into the wonderful Punta Gorda area. We are also close to the highway, so you have quick access for day trips to the area shopping and gulf beaches. The barrier island beaches are just half an hour away, and the premium outlet malls in Sarasota and Fort Myers are both just 45 minutes away!

We love our home and take great pride, and continue to work on adding on and improving the landscaping outside whenever we are there, so we hope you will appreciate and enjoy our efforts!
For those beach lovers, we have added beach chairs, camping chairs, beach umbrellas, a cooler, and even some beach towels, so you will have most of what you need to head off to the beach and have fun!!
And of course we continue to try to make the inside of the home as comfortable as possible, and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!
Update! Due to us now being proud grandparents, we have a crib in storage in one of the closets! A new mattress is included, as well as a mattress cover and sheets! Feel free to use, just please wash all bedding used, and do not lose the allen key!!!
We have also now added a playpen, two baby seats/chairs, and a baby playmat that maybe used. Again we ask that you clean and put away any of these items.

The home is clean and comfortable and superbly equipped. Enjoyed the pool area ( water basketball was a favourite game ). If you want to explore the gulf coast the house is minutes from the I 75 making travel plans very easy.

An amazingly beautiful home equipped with all your needs. (And so well organized) Me and my family enjoyed our week stay, this home and property is very well taken care of. You can tell the homeowners take much pride in their home. This home had everything we needed for our stay. The heated pool was definitely a plus for us in the month of November. This property is beautiful, exactly like the pictures, and has anything and everything you could possibly need or want for your stay! The pool was amazing, the kids swam everyday and loved the pool toys! The BBQ grill came in handy more than once, and the beach things as well. 3rd Time’s a Charm

This is the 3rd time we have returned to this property & yet again another fantastic stay in the most beautiful property. It truly is a home away from home. The kitchen has every utensil you would need to prepare meals/drinks etc. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished with plenty of spare pillows, sheets, beach towels etc.The bathrooms are immaculately clean and again there is a full stock of towels, washcloths etc.Modern high quality furnishings & appliances.Excellent communication from the host.We are already planning our return! Another wonderful vacation!

This is our 2nd time visiting this property & we have already booked for our 3rd visit next year. There is everything you could want or need in the property. It has all the home comforts to help you relax from the second you arrive. Lorrie is fantastic with communication and I feel if we did have any issues she would ensure that they would be dealt with immediately. Vacay Getaway

We were wanting to explore this area for a possible longer extended stay in the near future. This house was perfect for that. Very clean and comfortable and right in the middle of a beautiful subdivision, very close to restaurants and attractions. The pool was wonderful - we swam in it every day. Lori's binder of suggestions of where to go was spot on -- we went to many of those places. The last day we traveled 45 minutes North to Siesta Key Beach - beautiful!! We will definitely consider this house again in the future.

Very nice, big and clean house

There were 3 of us adults in this wonderful house for 17 days! We were more than happy with everything! Everything your heart desires - and more - is there! We enjoyed the great heated pool every day and also the seating outside by the pool! We had very nice contact with the owners, Lorrie always responded immediately. We were able to pick the delicious mangos every day. We would book the house again and again. There is really nothing to complain about!

Our house is in a great neighborhood! It's very quiet, safe, and walkable. We love to go for walks or bicyle rides in the morning and/or at the end of the day!
It's a great location as it's close to amenities: a quick drive to grocery shopping and other retail outlets and restaurants.
We're also close to the main highway for quick getaways and day trips to the many options that this part of Florida provides! We are right in the middle between Fort Myers and Sarasota, and all of the barrier islands and beaches in between!

What makes this property unique

What makes our property stand out is the pride in ownership! We love and enjoy our home, and it shows! We spend a lot of time working on the gardens and it shows when you sit in the lanai and take in the gardens that surround the pool area.
Inside the house we do all we can to make the house as comfortable as possible, and ensure everything you could need to make your vacation great is available!
