We recently celebrated my wife's birthday at Whispering Oaks, bringing together our 4 adult children, 3 spouses, 11 grandchildren, my wife's sister and her husband. This beautiful house boasts large bedrooms, a well appointed den, a great kitchen and breakfast area, a well appointed laundry room, ample bathrooms; a guest house that includes a kitchen, gathering space, bedrooms and bath; a beautiful pool with its own gathering space (covered) -- all on ten acres in a secluded area. And it is still just under 4 miles from a grocery and other suburban amenities. But it is the heart of the place that made it the perfect place to gather our family. It just feels like home, and we instantly breathed a sigh of relief when we arrived. It was the perfect place to make memories.

Beautiful property that can easily accommodate a crowd of both young and old. The area is secluded enough to give you the feeling that you're way out in the countryside but in reality, it's only a few minutes from shopping and other activities. Would book the place again.

The house was everything we expected and more! The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The bathrooms are clean, great towels and all the amenities. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! And it was so nice to have an extra fridge in the laundry room.Everyone agreed it was one of the best vacation rentals we've had!

Thank you for the review. We dont advertise that the outdoor speaker system is available and a option to the guests. I know it can be confusing if a guests sees outdoor speakers and they assume it is part of the "package". We have since removed the speakers as not to confuse anyone.

Fantastic stay!

Perfect spot for a get together for 12 friends. Pictures don't do it justice - space was clean and pool was great! Location was close enough to Dripping Springs for easy grocery runs, but then private enough to feel like you were on your own!

Absolutely amazing house!

The house is very spacious and super clean. The outdoor entertainment areas were amazing. We had ten couples on a group trip in the Austin area and this house made the trip even more special.

Wonderful experience and stay at this beautiful property. Family reunion with children of all ages. Had a great four day Stay at this beautiful property. The property was beautiful and Jeanette (PM) was awesome! She immediately helped resolve a small issue that came up and was extremely helpful providing medical equipment for my elderly (88) mother. Our party was grateful for the personal note she left for us upon arrival and the service!

Gorgeous stay

Our bridal party stayed at Whispering Oaks for our wedding in Dripping Springs. This was a perfect location for everyone to relax and unwind after the wedding! Our whole party enjoyed the pool and the relaxing atmosphere. The house was clean and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed! The beds were also incredibly comfortable. 10/10 recommend!

This property is Absolutely stunning Me and my family enjoyed Celebrating Christmas in this beautiful home. The check in process was great. Josh was a very good host and very easy to reach.
