Condo at Lake Weir

Very quiet and peaceful, many things to do in the area of Summerfield. The Villages are near by, plenty of shopping and eating places within 5 to 10 miles.

Wonderful property

We totally enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and everything we needed was provided. Marie was great to deal with she even left money in case we needed to get propane for the grill. Was disappointed when we get there that the pool was closed but that was not Marie’s fault. We would definitely stay there again, in fact, we tried to book for next year but it was already booked

Marie went above & beyond.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The condo was furnished decorated very nicely. The location was close to shopping & dining and while it didn’t offer a lake view it was only a short walk to the beach and pool. We encountered a major medical issue during our stay and Marie was helpful, understanding and gracious. She went above and beyond for us. Thank you so very much for your kindness and offering such a cute condo for our stay. We hope to come back again.

Very Nice Condo And Lake!

The condo has been recently renovated with a modern feel. Marie was very accommodating and even provided brand new sheets and towels for us. She also ordered new grates for the BBQ grill and left some cash in case we needed to refill the propane tank. Lake Weir was much larger and nicer than we were expecting. We ate at Eaton's Beach several times which was a 5 minute drive down the road; but we especially enjoyed Francesco's Italian Restaurant which was just a few minutes further in the other direction and are very grateful to Marie for leaving us menu's for both of these gems. The condo is about 10 minutes from Spanish Springs in The Village's, and this location allowed us to explore and enjoy the hustle and bustle there and yet return to the quiet, peaceful setting by the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

My coronavirus stay

Marie is a wonderful host. It is a distance to things I enjoy so for others they may give a higher rating. The pool is shaded and full of leaves which isn’t Marie fault.I had to leave early due to the virus and have tried to contact VRBO for a three week refund not that it was Marie or my fault however could reach them! I hope after the view they will give me my money back.

The townhouse was well furnished especially the kitchen. Everything was just as pictured. Marie was excellent to deal with. The pool and clubhouse were a disappointment.

Loved our Landlady, property needs to be maintained better.

Our town home was exceptional and was well furnished with everything we needed. The furnishings were excellent. The kitchen facilities were outstanding. Unfortunately the grounds did not match the quality of the townhome. The pool was locked and was unusable. The lake shore was not well maintained. Our property owner was outstanding and very accomodating.
