FULLY FURNISHED GARDENIA 3 bed, 2 bath home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. Slider glass doors to enjoy the Lanai allowing fresh air through out the home. The kitchen is complete with everything you will need to prepare all your meals. Plenty of seating thought out this home. Hardwood flooring through out, Tile bathroom floors, Marble counter tops in Kitchen and Bathrooms, ceiling bedroom fans. 2 Bedrooms king size beds, 1 bedroom queen size bed. Master bedroom includes a large walk in closet, walk in tiled shower and double bowl vanity. The bedrooms and bathrooms are set up with Towels and Linens. INCLUDES GAS GOLF CART FOR YOUR USE! Located in The Village of Piedmont, walking distance to the recreation center offering swimming pools, professional sized pool tables, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, pickle ball, tennis courts and horseshoe pits. You may also enjoy any of the recreation centers in The Villages. Recreation Centers offer outdoor activities and more than 500 indoor events. Less than 1 mile to Nancy Lopez golf course and Mulberry grove Shopping Center is approximately 5 minutes where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, gas, Restaurants and more. Perfect stay in the Villages

This is the most beautiful property we have ever stayed at! Even better than the pictures, it was so beautifully decorated!! And... it was stocked with everything you could need!! The beds were very comfortable, the couch was super comfy, the storage in the closets was perfect, the kitchen had everything that we needed and the patio area was wonderful. Actually the patio area had a great seating area which was not shown in the pictures, which was a great surprise. It was an easy golf cart ride to at least 7 - 10 golf courses, First responders rec center (which is located closed by) was awesome and it was an easy cart ride to Spanish Springs / Sumter Landing. I must have said 2 times a day, every day... I would move into this house in a heartbeat!!!! Tiffany was super responsive to all of our questions and very helpful. I would recommend this house to anyone and would rent this location again!

Well decorated

We liked the size of the rooms. All three bedrooms had plenty of space. The great room ,kitchen and dining rooms all where open. The lanai was large and was partially shaded by a roof. The house was well decorated.

Loved this home in the Piedmont village

Nicely decorated! Plenty of quality linens. Excellent mattresses on all the beds. Open floor plan. Great lanai with gas grill. High quality gas golf cart was a very nice convenience. High quality appliances. Extremely comfortable home for our week stay.
