The property was perfect and just what we needed. Well maintained and newly renovated.

The process was easy and transparent with no hidden fees or items. All aspects related to the property and owners was perfect and what we needed. We will definitely stay here again should our travels bring us back to Jax.

The most cozy vacation rental we have ever stayed it. We worked remote during the day so it was great having a desk, then went to a concert at night that was only 5 mins away! We will definitely rebook next time we are in jacksonville.

Excellent choice

Bart and Sue’s property easily earns a five star rating. Large sized accommodation that is tastefully decorated, every amenity that one would need, easy communication, safe environment and a very comfortable bed. All in all an excellent choice of accommodation.

Within a mile of downtown. Close to everything in Jax.

The unit was bigger than I thought with everything from appliances, to service for 4, and a bar in the backyard to wind down at the end of the day. I will be back for concerts at Daily's Place or to tour the USS Orlek when it opens.

Very Comfortable!

As my wife and I walked in to the apartment,we immediately felt very comfortable and at home. Everything we needed for our stay was there. The area was very nice ,as was the walks around the neighborhood. We were close to a lot of great restaurants and places to go. The host were more the helpful. We definitely would stay here again. Really enjoyed it.

Amazing owners and service !

Can’t imagine a better situation for my mother-in-law! We were in a serious family crisis, Sue and Bart responded timely with accurate information and even met us on a Saturday morning to show the condo. The stay was amazing with neighbors friendly and an awesome condo. Very well appointed - great layout, automatic (safe lighting) lighting and very comfortable. Highly recommend and we will stay there again

Thoughtfully Crafted Apartment

This location is prime for Downtown Jacksonville sporting events and concerts. Can't beat being able to walk to everything. The apartment was clean, well appointed and cared for. Bart and Sue were wonderful hosts as well. We enjoyed meeting them on the back patio for a drink before heading out for the evening. I plan on renting this place again next year!

Nothing short of wonderful

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming historic apartment, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The apartment's historical charm added a unique and cozy atmosphere to our stay. Looking forward to returning and hoping that the rain stays away so that we can take advantage of the beautiful outdoor setting. The overall experience was a wonderful retreat, in a charming, well-located, and tranquil place. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely Perfect

Bart & Sue were absolutely wonderful. Their pictures don’t do this place justice. This condo was perfect! It was easy to get to, in a very up and coming location, close to the TIAA Bank Field and within walking distance of restaurants and breweries. The condo amenities were amazing. The back patio sold us on this property. It was perfect for coffee, conversation and football. We will be definitely staying here again.

Wonderful historic neighborhood

We enjoyed a relaxing stay at this rental. The accomodations were clean, visually appealing and relaxing. The only thing they would improve this stay is if more kitchen basics were available. Things like sugar, cooking spices and such. A great experience though. We will be back!

As promised

This part of Jacksonville is undergoing a renaissance and is beginning to develop a kitschy vibe. The the place is clean and well appointed -- you may think you are in Soho NYC. The hosts left all kinds of goodies and more than enough literature to guide you if you need it. We found two nearby rooftop places to eat (Cowford Chophouse and River & Post) and found them both fantastic with great views.

Fabulous stay

This apartment was wonderful! The decor was comfortable and stylish and felt like home. The backyard was beautiful with lots of vegetation, a bar and tv, and they just put in a hot tub. The location was within walking distance to downtown and the river, along with the breweries and restaurants along Main Street. The neighborhood is historical, with huge old southern houses and streets lined with large trees covered in Spanish Moss. The hosts, Bart and Sue, were amazing landlords who knew everything about the area and had many great tips on where to visit and where to eat. I highly recommend staying here . I will definitely be back.

The apartment was nice. The backyard was nice. The neighborhood was nice. The surrounding area was questionable. the frisbee park across the street was nice but did have a few homeless people sleeping in it. My biggest complaint would be hearing the upstairs neighbor stomping around late at night.

Thanks for reviewing your stay with us - we are a bit confused however. Everything is noted as nice including our neighborhood - we aren't sure what the surrounding area actually means or what area you are talking about - and we wouldn't have any control over an area outside of our property/neighborhood? But we appreciate the feedback. Also - we always recommend guests communicate with hosts during their stay - if you would have let us know that you thought the neighbors above were making too much noise, we would have gladly sent them a reminder of quiet hours. We are in a 110+ year old building and have done everything possible with insulation, spray foam, sound board, etc. But we are always more than happy to address any issue/questions if we know about them during a guest stay. Thanks again for the feedback.

Close to campus and downtown

Old home in historical district that has been totally and nicely renovated. Small well equipped kitchen, large living room space, and large peaceful backyard.
