PINEAPPLE HOUSE-Encantadora casa de dos habitaciones y dos baños, camuflada en su propio paisaje hermoso y maduro. Cocina renovada con buen gusto con encimeras de granito, gabinetes de madera maciza y una terraza abierta para el desayuno en la soleada cocina comedor. Ambos baños también han sido completamente actualizados. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y el dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 camas dobles. Hay televisiones tanto en las habitaciones como en la sala de estar. Esta casa tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, así como una sala de lavandería independiente con una lavadora y secadora. Hay techos abovedados, pisos de madera, contraventanas de plantación y una espaciosa cubierta en la parte superior de la puesta del sol. This house exudes warmth and comfort, providing all the amenities you could desire. Its prime location makes it an ideal choice, and I highly recommend renting a golf cart upon arrival. This was my second Easter celebration here, and I genuinely hope it becomes my cherished Easter weekend tradition every year.

Always a blast!

The Pineapple House is consistently wonderful to stay at. The location is beautiful and steps from the beach. The kids have a blast and it’s very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay! House was very clean. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Short walk to beach and you could use golf cart or bike to get to town.

Spent 5 nights here with our family of 4 and we were very pleased with the house and the fabulous location. We enjoyed dinners on the screened-in porch and the quick and easy walk to the beach was perfect for our kids. The location was ideal and a close golf cart ride to shops, restaurants, etc. The home is very well maintained with beautiful landscaping. Truly a perfect option for families or a couples getaway. The only thing that prevented this from being a perfect stay was issues with check-in where we were not able to get in touch with anyone at the property management group at the time of check-in (on a Sunday). They immediately got in contact with us Monday morning but it was a concerning start to the trip.

Boca Retreat

This property is beautiful and in a great location. Short steps to a gorgeous beach. We saw turtle tracks in the morning and enjoyed playing in the surf and sun. I definitely recommend :)

Gorgeous Home

Terrific home. Lots of space and comfy beds. VERY close to the beach, and the beaches north of town have few if any people on them. Two downsides: The house is a little far from town, but not a deal breaker. The bedroom we stayed in was quite noisy because so close to highway, and the air system (only in that one room) was VERY loud.

Boca Adventure

Vacations are meant to be enjoyed but some are better than others. This was one of those vacations. Out cottage was perfect for our needs. Not knowing anything about Boca Grande and Gasparillo Island we weren't sure about location, convenience, beach access etc. All were 5 star. The VRBO office couldn't have been nicer. We met the owners on our second day and they made the stay even more special. I would not hesitate to return or to recommend our accomodations.

Love Boca Grande

The property was great. It was as advertised. Location, amenities, and interior upkeep hit the mark. (The exterior could use a little work and we were a little disappointed that the Widow's Walk that appears in property photos no longer exists) Our experience with the check-in process leaves room for improvement. Following the directions sent, we stopped by to obtain our check-in packet but the office was closed although it was during the posted hours. As instructed, we obtained our packet from the outdoor box, only to discover that the keys inside where to another unit. Our calls to rectify the situation were never returned for days. Fortunately our unit was unlocked and it didn't effect our vacation. I get that mistakes happen, but not returning a phone call to fix them just doesn't work for us.

My wife and I stayed in this home in January 2022 and it was lovely. The home is in a good location near downtown Boca Grande and very near the beach. The property mgt. company was easy. We would consider staying there again.
