This exceptionally renovated cottage is located in the beachfront colony of Sundown on exclusive Boca Grande. Take in the sunset from almost any room in this two-story home featuring two bedrooms along with two and one half bathrooms in 1,276 square feet of living space.

This end unit features indoor and outdoor living at its finest. A stunning renovated kitchen with Viking appliances gives way to an open plan living area. The cottage`s two bedrooms each feature king-sized beds and en suite bathrooms. Enjoy the breeze on the balcony off the master bedroom overlooking the gulf. The property provides ample covered space with a large outdoor picnic-style table to enjoy life at the beach or entertaining around the grill. The cottage also offers his and her showers to rinse off after a day on the sand. Dedicated parking and a community pool round out the amazing features of this home.

Boca Grande Beach Cottage has the island’s bike path directly across the street. It’s only a short 1.1 miles to the village. Dine in or take out from the Pink Elephant, Loose Caboose, or 3rd Street Bistro. Stop in to the Gasparilla Inn for an evening cocktail or dinner overlooking the water. No visit to the island is complete without a trip out on the water for some world class fishing. Amongst the many species to fish throughout the year, Boca Grande is best known for its tarpon in the spring season.

Perfect location for beach lovers

the property is perfectly laid out for enjoying water views and access to the beach. Very functional covered outdoor area for grilling and after beach relaxing. All very well appointed and comfortable for the two of us and would be great for two couples.

LOVED loved this cute home! Was so well decorated in fun old florida style and we had a terrific week. Large picnic table below was the perfect spot to have friends over for New Years Eve dinner and location was great with beautiful sunset views! Would stay again!

Quiet and Rest

My wife and I live very hectic lives. This was our second trip to Sundown and, as previously, a perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy glorious sunsets, read, and take long walks on the beach before grilling fresh fish and shrimp every night! Thank you for sharing this special place.

Minnesota nice!!

We loved the property!! Great kitchen with crushed ice inside and an ice cube machine outside!! Nice touch! A new gas grill! Bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella too. It was our first trip to Boca and loved the small town flavor. Will definitely come back but will need a larger property to accommodate 6-8!

Family get together

The main problem with the property was that it was listed as a gourmet kitchen and it wasn’t! We like to cook and bake for our family as we had our children and grandchildren split the week and we brought supplies to do so. There was no mixer, cookie sheets or spatula for my wife to use or to take food to the grill for grilling. Also no food processor for chopping veggies and the blender could not accommodate that! The convection microwave was too small to cook casserole dishes and there was no casserole glassware to use. We had to have our son bring some! The large smart tv in kitchen did not have a Samsung remote and it took us two days to figure out how to use the given remote with the unit on the business cubby. Had to contact manager as there was no dishwasher pellets and not enough laundry detergent or toilet paper! The private beach and proximity to town was fantastic with walking path and golf cart accessible! The lights over the kitchen island could not be operated with the switches and we had to unscrew the bulbs at night as one of our grandchildren slept down there on a blowup! Restaurants in town were fantastic!
