Immaculate one bedroom, living room, galley kitchen space, washer and dryer. Perfect relaxation spot for one/two. There is a pull out couch in the living room for a guest. It was a very nice space to come home to after a long walk down Commercial. Nestled right in the Art area…
It was a nice property, great for 2 people and our dog, The AC worked very well, which was great since it was very hot during our stay. The water view part of the listing was a bit misleading. You could see the water from the inside table, but there was an expectation of having an outdoor water view. That might have been my misunderstanding, but you might want to make that more clear. We did not know we would have someone staying in an apartment above us. The person was somewhat noisy and stomped about regularly, especially earlier in the morning. It would have been nice to have parking. We were told there was parking a block away, but it was as much longer walk. We found a good place to park. All of that said, it was a nice stay.
We had a great stay. This is a comfortable, convenient, well kept, and well cared for rental. Just next to the museum, across from a market, accessible to the beach, and an easy walk.
My husband, son and I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was adorable and exactly what we were looking for. Great location! We love that we could walk everywhere
Loved my stay here - right across from access to bay beach, comfy couch, cute little apartment building that was very very quiet. And an awesome shower!
My partner and I very much enjoyed staying here! It’s in such a great location - a bit away from all the action but just a quick walk away. Right across from an amazing grocery store as well. Views are great from the dining room inside. Will definitely return!
Made a quick trip out to Provincetown and really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Perfect location! About 5-10 minutes from all of the main activities. Very quiet condo. Great neighbors.
Very nice stay-nicely located, clean, comfortable. Quiet end of town with nice water views. Spoke to owners once who quickly resolved the questions we had.
Staying at this unit was really lovely. The east end is quiet and beautiful, and I enjoyed my daily walks passing all the gardens. My host was incredibly responsive—there was a miscommunication about cleaning and both the property owner and the manager were helpful and kind, and they got everything figured out quickly. The space is not large, but it is outfitted really well and the view of the bay is unmatched. I would definitely stay here again!
We loved this apartment! Clean, comfortable, charming interiors, and within walking distance to everthing; access to bay right across the street and pet friendly. It even has its own washer/dryer!! We hope to stay again next year!!! Thank you ladies!!!
Nice place good air conditioning great location check-in was a little bit off. They didn’t know how to use. The code on the door. Took a little while but once in it was a nice stay
My wife, dog, and I stayed here for a few days in October and loved it. It’s right across the street from a public beach and our dog loved walking there during low tide. It’s very easy to get into the center of town but also just far enough so that Commercial St. isn’t hectic.
The apartment was a perfect size for us. It was clean, bright, and had a lot of what we needed to cook some meals (note, we did have to buy pantry items though like oil and spices). We would definitely stay here again.
When you think of Provincetown, you think of this property. The view from the quadruple windows that look out on the bay and Commercial Street is divine. Morning coffee, reading a book and an afternoon glass of wine are perfect from the perch above the action. The location in the quaint east end among the galleries and shops was serene and lovely. I cannot recommend this property more than an emphatic A+, Book It, and HUZZAH!
The pictures do not do this lovely place justice. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. The space was very comfortable, the views could not be beat, and the location is perfect. There is a well-stocked grocery store across the street to buy foodstuffs to cook your own meals (recommend the fresh-made Italian sausage), and the bay is steps away. It felt like we lived in P-town. We hope to come back!
Margaret-Ann & Marie's place offers the perfect East End location that is close enough to the center of town for fun but far enough for some peace and quiet. The second-floor apartment has a comfortable layout with a beautiful bay window and a partial ocean view across the street. The furniture is all clean, new and comfortable. The shower has great temperature and pressure. The kitchen is well-supplied with utensils. Front and back porches offer great Ptown people or bird watching (depending on your mood).
Great spot very relaxing. This isn’t my first time staying out in p town however first time here. My only gripe (which was mentioned in the listing so mistake on my part) that this unit is missing simple things like soap in the bathroom (for showering) as well as coffee in the unit. Coffee maker was in unit, but no coffee. Would 100% stay again.
We loved this apartment, and enjoyed being in Provincetown for a full week! Being in the East End was great. Re Parking: We actually found on street parking every day. Then didn’t move the car for a few days. Walk to town. We needed to move it for Street cleaning once. And the other times we moved it we found parking again at night on week days. But weekends are a different matter… harder to find a spot. And the town gets all the more lively!
The East end is “quieter” but we had windows open (although there is AC, we didn’t use it) and it can be noisy at brief times on the street. You can hear people on the street. But it was fine. In fact I t was all fun. Also be aware that pets are welcome in the 4 or so apartments and so there was a little barky dog at one point but the property manager contacted the people and it all worked out fine. In fact we met the people and they apologized and it was all good. (My only recommendation for the owners is to at some point take out the old radiator in the bedroom because I ran into it at night! Ouch. It’s not needed since they have a different source of heat and it’s really in the way! Also be aware that the coffee maker is a Kurig and there were no coffee pods in apartment and they don’t sell them nearby so either provide or tell people the kind of coffee maker it is) Wonderful place. Thank you so much!!!!!
