The balcony provides a mesmerizing and an enchanting view of Duisburg and the market nearby. All the basic amenities are available within 200 meters of the apartment. Television and WiFi are included and are fully available in the apartment.

Sehr schlecht, unsauber, aufgeführte Eigenschaften unzutreffend, vor Ort kein Ansprechpartner

Kurz vor Reiseantritt wurde von der Eignerin mitgeteilt, das gebuchte Objekt stehe nicht zur Verfügung. Die Ersatzwohnung sollte angeblich viel besser sein. Tatsächlich war es aber das Hinterletzte. Die Wohnung unsauber, kein Internet, kein TV, Brausekopf abgerissen (duschen mit dem Schlauch), Armatur lose und wackelt, Toilette wackelte auch, überall Gerümpel und fremde Sachen in den Schränken. Im Bad Unmengen benutzte Kosmetikartikel. Die Ansprechpartnerin in Indien war nur über Onlinekontakt zu erreichen. Auf die zugesagte hälftige Erstattung der Miete warteten wir vergeblich. Wie kann man als Vermittler nur solche Vermieter akzeptieren. Leider hatten wir keine Zeit umzuziehen.
