Poolside Sorrento has it all! With a flexible floor plan there are many areas to entertain. There are 3 distinctive living zones that provide excellent entertaining options or if you are sharing the house with friends, you can always find a place for some solitude. The property is configured with 2 indoor living zones, as well as an outdoor deck/al fresco dining area, overlooking the back yard and pristine gas & solar heated pool.

*Living and Dining *

Poolside Sorrento has many living zones to choose from. There is an open plan Living/Dining and Kitchen area which expands onto an outdoor deck/alfresco entertaining area, which overlooks the beautiful backyard and sparkling blue pool. Drape yourself in the afternoon sun on the rear deck complete with outdoor dining table setting for 10 people and barbeque. Or laze around the pool on one of the many sun lounges.

The combined Dining/Living areas are tastefully furnished with modern fixtures, including a dining table for 8 and polished floorboards throughout. There is also another living room at the front of the house, complete with Smart tv/dvd and Foxtel, Netflix and Stan - perfect for entertaining the kids! Or perhaps the adults wanting some privacy, sitting back and enjoying a quiet drink or curling up on the lounge and reading a book. There is another small regular television in the kitchen area as well.

*Bed & Bath *

You can comfortably sleep 10 guests.

Bedroom 1 - the Master bedroom is complete with a King size bed and ensuite.

Bedroom 2 - includes a Queen bed

Bedroom 3 - with a 1 x Set of Bunks and 2 x Single beds (only suitable for children as they are low to the ground) , is absolutely fantastic for the kids

Bedroom 4 - includes a King Single bed (sleeps 1 guest) and a Single Children's Trundle bed.

Centrally located is a modern spacious bathroom including spa bath, shower, and separate toilet.

Ideally located just 15 minutes walk to Sorrento Village, cafes, cinema, shops, and restaurants! Also, very close to both Sorrento back beach (15-minute walk) and the front bay beach (25-minute walk) . Fully fenced backyard for the little ones, swimming pool, cubby house, providing endless hours of entertainment for the kids. Evaporative air-conditioning and ducted heating throughout - it is the perfect getaway all year round!
