The property is located in front of Macumba Beach, 3 minutes from Shopping Recreio and Prainha (Blue Flag), Grumari and Barra de Guaratiba, 7 minutes from Shopping Americas, Vargem Grande Gastronomic Pole and Rio Water Planet water park. In a condominium that has two swimming pools (child and adult), dry and steam saunas, barbecue, party room, playground and surfboard. The condominium is all closed and offers excellent security system. The 90 m2 apt consists of 2 suites, all with air conditioning and sea view, toilet, large living room with TV, Wi-Fi, large balcony with sea view, equipped kitchen and 2 covered spaces.

Excelente lugar

Fuera de Rio pero no tan lejos, un lugar para quien busca lo autentico. Naturaleza cerca, playas para surfing)(menos para banar, ondas son altas pero a 20 min de caminada si se puede). Un poco de ruido de la calle, pero despues de 20h se acalma. Felipe es un excelente anfitrion, muy amicable y dispuesto a ayudar. No hay máquina de lavar ropa pero en el shopping se consigue. Muy recomendable

Apto perto da prainha

Apartamento agradável, bem equipado, num bom condominio. O elevador tava quebrado mas o porteiro ajudou a subir com a mala e era só um lance. O anfitrião é muito solícito e com bom senso. Dá para ir andando pra prainha. Não tem muita coisa perto mas Ifood entrega tudo.

Lugar tranquilo e próximo de lindas praias como Prainha e Grumari

O apartamento é amplo e bem arejado. As roupas de cama estavam limpas e cheirosas. Vista linda do mar. A proximidade com a Prainha (dá pra ir a pé e desfrutar de paisagens lindas no caminho) e de Grumari, a poucos minutos de carro é o que há de melhor. É uma ótima opção para desfrutar das praias com tranquilidade. O Felipe é muito prestativo e atencioso. Com certeza voltaremos. Obs: Para usar a piscina do Condomínio precisa levar atestado médico.

Pontos positivos: o apto é bem localizado, aconchegante, limpo, equipado, confortável e a praia é ótima. O proprietário a todo tempo foi atencioso, cordial e nos deixou muito a vontade, como se o apto fosse nosso. Pontos negativos: a tv do quarto e a máquina de lavar não estavam funcionando. Obs: devido a pandemia do coronavirus, não foi possível utilizar a piscina, sauna e churrasqueira, por determinação da prefeitura do Rio de Janeiro.
