If you want clean, look no further. You will find this is a very comfortable, homey apartment. We have one bedroom that has a queen bed and one bedroom with two twin beds. The only thing you need to bring are sheets and towels.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pot and pans, etc
We have a full size washer, dryer and outside clothesline
There are ceiling fans in each room as well window a/c units in each bedroom and stand up a/c in living room and dining room.
You will find a large kitchen fully equipped, large dining room and large living room
We don't allow any more than 4 people including children

Parking for 2 cars is on the right side of the house We occupy the second floor. Garbage and recyclable bins are located in the front of the house.
Please rinse your feet off before entering the house from the beach. Do not put wet towels/bathing suits on the beds

As a seasoned lbi’er, wanted to stay in original cape cod in middle of island. This was perfect! So many memories! Loved hanging stuff on close line, using outdoor shower. Has backyard porch with wonderful breeze. 2 weeks went very fast. Enjoyed getting to know owners who lived upstairs-very welcoming & accommodating.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights the weekend after Labor Day. The house is only 5 houses from the beach and stocked with everything you need for a stay at the shore. Other reasons the location is so great is that the ACME Grocery Store is at the end of the block, and newly renovated (~1 year old). ACME bike rental is 10 blocks away. Kubels Too Liquor Store and Pinky's seafood market store is also very close. Outdoor shower, grill, outdoor space to dine, fully stocked kitchen, and beautiful renovated bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an excellent vacation spot. Convenient yet you have some privacy too. The house was very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Comfortable living room. Excellent bathroom. Outside shower is awesome - and you can have both the inside and outside showers running at the same time - so no waiting after the beach when you are hot and tired. The grilling area in the backyard was very cozy and secluded. Everything was easy to manage. There is an ACME super market down the street within walking distance. This came in very handy -.but it is far enough away so it does not take away from the beach feel. Beach was very clean and lots of room. Owners are very amiable and easy to work with. The only suggestion i have is to put a small table in the kitchen to give a little extra work room - if you have two people prepping meals at the same time the extra work space would be helpful. Other than that, I'd say this is 5 stars. Oh yes, the owners recommended Howard's Restaurant - excellent recommendation. The quality lived up to the price which is not always the case with some restaurants.

Wonderful Beach House Rental

My husband, two sons and I have rented this house for quite a few years and I cannot rave enough about it. It is immaculately clean, wonderfully decorated, so close to the beach and just a great "Home away from home". In my opinion it's the epitome of what a beach house rental should be.

My husband grew up in the furniture business and had a few furniture stores. You can see the way it's furnished that we care about the comfort and coziness of the apartment. I was born in Italy and am fluent in Italian. We love animals but unfortunately cannot allow pets because of tenants allergies.

Why they chose this property

When my husband's father was looking for something on LBI, he chose this property. The home was built for him and there has not been any other owners. Back then the homes were all capes and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. You couldn't build on the beach and there were just a few houses on the street. The home means so much to us, especially my husband who grew up enjoying the home. We keep the upstairs apartment for us but are not there often so the tenants usually have the home to themselves.

What makes this property unique

We have one of the few homes with privacy in the backyard. We keep our trees so you can enjoy the privacy. I take pride in my flowers on the deck and in the garden. I always had a black thumb but something happened and I now can enjoy my flowers
