Gorgeous recent renovation in the West End! Located on the top two floors of a recently renovated building, this 3BR/2BA condominium features original wide plank flooring and abundant natural light and has been thoughtfully upgraded with all modern features like Bosch stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, central air conditioning, and gas fireplaces. Enter into a spacious large room that features a comfortable living room, fully stocked kitchen, and dining area - perfect for entertaining! There are also two bedrooms - each with a queen size bed, television and large closet - and large bathroom and in unit washer and dryer on this level. Upstairs features a large master suite (king sized bed) that runs the entire length of the building and features cathedral ceilings, skylights, large closets, another gas fireplace, and a spa-like master bath that features a shower with a rain shower head. Enjoy the exclusive use large stone patio accessed off a stairway off the kitchen featuring several seating areas and a grill. There is off-street parking for one car. The condominium is located just over a block from Commercial Street and is a short walk to all the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options that Provincetown has to offer.

Please note Homeaway will collect a Massachusetts Short Term Lodging Tax of 14.45% with the initial payment on the entire amount charged to the tenant (rental fee plus Homeaway fee). Owner requires a lease agreement. Rentals run Saturday to Saturday only.

Perfect for group stay

6 of us stayed at Don’s place for a week - it was perfect. Beautiful home and incredible location - by far the best place our group has stayed in Ptown. All the bedrooms were comfortable, and we loved the patio. Highly recommend.

Perfect gem for friends a block from Commercial Street

The property was fantastic and exactly as described! The amenities made the trip easy. The details throughout the condo were thoughtful and perfect for the location. The space inside and outside worked perfectly for three couples. Don and Wayne were communicative from booking to check-out. They were easy to reach and prompt in responding. We enjoyed our stay!

Great rental with amazing amenities.

This was an excellent rental that came fully stocked with all of the necessities. The house was immaculately kept and the backyard lounge area was perfect for hanging out or just looking at the stars. The owners were very attentive and checked in on us to make sure our stay was top notch. We will definitely be back!

The Perfect Place

This home was the perfect place for our visit. It's beautifully kept and decorated by the friendly hosts. The master bedroom was spacious and comfy. The outdoor area made our stay extra special for morning coffee, group meals, and card games. And you can't beat the location. Walking distance to everything in town. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. It is centrally located and close to everything, yet quiet. Check-in was easy. The interior is beautiful, spacious with 3 good-sized bedrooms, equipped with premium kitchen appliances and comfortably furnished. The yard is large and clean and perfect for grilling and dinner al fresco. We could not have asked for a better base for our week in Ptown. Thank you Don and Wayne!

Great stay! Great location!

Great stay! Beautiful place and incredible location. Very easy check in and easy to communicate with Don. The place felt new and renovated, and was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need. The place far exceeded all of our expectations. The outside patio was a great addition to the place - very comfortable seating and place to lounge in the afternoon or evening. Would absolutely come back for another stay.

Awesome Property - Great location, patio, communication

We could not have been happier with our stay. The location just beyond Bradford was perfect for us - a bit out of the chaos on Commercial but within walking distance to nearly everything in town. Our favorite part about the property was the backyard grill and patio area. The plants and flowers were beautiful and the umbrellas were a nice addition during sunny days. Everything inside was well-stocked. Check-in and communication during our stay were both great. We'd gladly book again. Thanks Don and Wayne!

Gem in the Heart of the West End

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this home is, and the owners, Don and Wayne, are amazing!Location-wise, it’s just perfect! It’s close to the Boatslip for daily tea dances, it’s near all the great restaurants and nightlife, and it’s only a block-and-a-half from Joe Coffee.The space itself is delightful. The floors are exquisite. Each room is decorated beautifully. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you need. And the primary suite on the top floor is a dream. On top of all of that, there’s the additional outdoor patio space!It’s a perfect, quiet spot to rest and sleep while being very close to the hustle-and-bustle of Ptown and everything it has to offer. I can’t wait to stay there again!

We stayed for Carnival and really enjoyed the lovely home of Wayne and Don. Perfect location, clean and well appointed with a beautiful outdoor space for lounging and grilling. Communication was a breeze. Thanks for an excellent stay.

Amazing place. Would live to stay again.

This is my 11th time visiting PTown for bear week. This is by far the best place I have had to stay. It’s relaxing, comfortable, quiet, beautiful, clean, and functional. We had everything we needed through the week including great communication with the owners. It’s a very short walk to Joe’s coffee for an early more stroll. The boat slip isn’t much further to enjoy tea dance. Many nights we sat outside just looking at the stars while carrying on great conversations prior to enjoying the night out. In the mornings we found ourselves cooking breakfast and eating out in the patio. For a 3 bedroom place you really can’t get much better. Get it while you can! This place will have you wanting to come back the next year…..If you are wanting to do a repeat trip you will want to book it as soon as it is available for that time. Sadly the location was booked out from under us. In my experience, prior year renters normally get a week to a month to rebook their stay for next year, which was not the case here and was a surprise. Don’t not pass up staying here.

Fantastic Place

We loved this place for several reasons: 1) The hosts were welcoming from the beginning (allowing us to store our bags there even before check-in). 2) The location was perfect to enjoy all of Ptown 3) The back patio was amazing to relax in and have meals 4) The entire place (especially the kitchen) was well appointed. The owners said they don't rent the place often (since they're there), so if it becomes available, get it!

Luxurious 3 Bdrm in killer location

We have been coming to Ptown for 20 years and this is one of the best places we’ve stayed. This place compares to the top guest houses in Ptown, but with complete privacy. 3 separate bedrooms with a big master suite on the top floor. The location, level of furnishings (includes bikes!), & private outdoor patio were perfect. We have booked again this year!

Everything about this home is perfect!

This was the perfect vacation home for us in Provincetown. The location is perfect, easy walk right into the center of town but far enough to be away from the noise. The rooms and beds are as comfortable as my own home, as are the appliances and living areas. The home is finely decorated and the furniture is like new! They even had excellent bicycles for us to use. I will look forward to staying here every summer in ptown!

This was the most luxurious guest house I’ve stayed in and all of Provincetown and I’ve been coming here for a vacation for years. The best part is that it’s quiet peaceful and offers so many amenities you don’t typically see in Guesthouse! It was like a home away from home, yet it’s so close to Commerical Street! Amazing Guest Home Away From Home!

What an amazing experience! I have been vacationing in Provincetown Mass for many years (over 10 years) and have stayed at all of the 5 star guest houses and B & B's, this place was amazing. Loaded with amenities that offer comfort, convenience and luxury. From the full on kitchen, the private laundry room, bicycles, gorgeous patio for entertaining. As peaceful and relaxing as my stay was at this property, I was only a 5 minute walk to the action on Commercial Street and right in the heart of Province Town! It gets my 5 Star Review for Quality, Luxury, Comfort, Convenience and decorated to the 9's! Enjoy! I can't wait to return.

First class property!

Have stayed at several places in Provincetown over the years, this property was the best! I will not stay anywhere else again, I highly recommend. The listing description was very accurate. The easiest stay from booking to leaving. The property was immaculate, the owner treated you like family and you can walk everywhere- in a central location. Very quiet, favorite breakfast stop a couple blocks away. You don't want to miss out on staying at this GEM!
