This unique home on a small acreage is one of MacMasters Beach`s best kept secrets. Ideal for families with lots of room for the kids to run around. It has spacious lounge and dining areas that lead to a wrap-around covered timber verandah, making indoor and outdoor entertaining a breeze.

Fabulous gourmet kitchen including two ovens and dishwasher. The loungeroom has a Samsung Smart TV with Netflix and DVD. The Kitchen and Living areas along with all the bedrooms are air conditioned. The Lounge area has a slow combustion fireplace for the cooler months. Fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Master bedroom: Queen bed with Ensuite
Bedroom 2: 2x Single bed Bedrooom3: 2x Single beds downstairs + Queen size mattress in loft (for children only)

Bouddi National Park is nearby and it is great for bush walks and swimming at Maitland Bay Beach (unpatrolled). Further along the Killcare Peninsula is Killcare Beach and Hardys Bay - a 15 minute drive away offering Homeware and Gift shopping, local cafes, boat and paddle board hire and the renowned Bells at Killcare restaurant The Wildflower Dining. Avoca and Terrigal Beaches are both 10-15 minutes drive away and also offers swimming, surfing, shopping and dining.

Erina fair shopping centre is only a 15 minutes drive away with a great selection of shops and restaurants along with a Hoyts Cinema.

The property is not suitable for young children due to the open pond.
