This house had everything for large family get to get her. And it was great to have so much outdoor space and locked access to pool for safety, inside was spacious and had enough room for everyone. Great accomodations. We loved it.

Great home for the family

We had 3 (9 people ages 14-78) generations staying and I wanted everyone to have their own space and be comfortable, but also a great space to congregate. This house fit the bill for us and worked great!

Good size for our extended family

We appreciated the space as we had multiple family members staying with us. The pool and backyard were great. We shared several suggestions for improvement indoors with the property managers - who were really responsive.

Amazing Experience!

We had a group of 12 in town for our daughter’s wedding. The house was perfect for our friends and family! Each couple was able to have a king size bed. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling with a group.

Great Space for Making Great Memories

This house served all our needs for ages 1 to 66. It had everything detailed here and then some - high chair and pac n play, and a couple hidabeds, and extra pillows - but did not find a regular broom and dust pan. We were close enough to every place we wanted to hit like hiking, PopStroke, and a Cubs game. And even closer to the quick stops like Walgreens, Target, In & Out, Black Rock Coffee Bar, and Z' Tejas. We also spent plenty of time at the house in the huge kitchen and living space, and of course, the pool as it was the perfect temp for late March. Our family made some great memories!

The property is great for a group of 10 or more. Many bedrooms with queen or king sized beds and multiple bathrooms. Pool area is fenced to protect younger children. Great fire pit area and two barbecues. Nothing that we did not like.

Sunny, our host was amazing and responsive. This SPACIOUS home was perfect! We were celebrating a 65th birthday and retirement with siblings, sons & spouses. Having so much space and all the king beds was a welcome respite. Sipping margaritas poolside, preparing delicious meals in the chefs kitchen was our favorite part of the long weekend. We hiked War Paint Trail with family members who had not ever seen a saguaro. IF you have a large group or family, this is the place to stay...

Super Bowl 2023

We rented the home as a place to house a small security team of seven during our recent trip. We had one couple in the group and all other individual males. The house was perfect and had plenty of space for everyone. Although we did not have time to enjoy the pool, we did use the grill on two occasions and it worked well. The house is not too far from the Scottsdale area where we were working an has plenty of stores, restaurants and options nearby.

Arizona golf trip

The house and accommodations were great….. the only issue was there were 5 propane tanks on the property and all of them were empty.We contacted our property manager the second day of our 6 night stay and she did bring one out which was nice With the cool nights we wanted to hang out by the outdoor fire pit ( that uses propane) as well as grill out. I would of liked to have the extra propane tanks full since there were 2 gas grills…. Besides that no complaints and would rent again in the future

July 4th family trip

We stayed 6 days over the July 4th weekend. When we arrived it was disappointing to find a very dirty pool, no propane for the grill (also very dirty) or fire pit and lacking essentials. There was hair left in some of the bathtubs, dishes in the dishwasher and laundry in the laundry room that never got put away. We communicated this to the property manager who came across as combative instead of trying to be helpful. After much discussion we were told someone would drop off propane the next morning as well as clean the pool. Neither happened, we were there an additional 5 days and no one ever showed. We also emailed the evolve team about this and were told someone would get in touch with us but it never happened either. We ended up buying our toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and laundry soap. Besides for the pool the property was nice but very clearly mismanaged to the extent that it impacted out stay.

The house was perfect. It was clean, organized, and well stocked. The location was close to everything. Restaurants bars, shopping, and the airport. We had a little trouble with the keyless entry when we got there, but the owner was very quick to respond and we had no further issues. I would stay here again in a second!
