This is a massive, extended-family-and-friends-sized, beach house, located within minutes walk to the patrolled surf beach.
This beautifully designed home features a combined living/kitchenette area, bathroom and two bedrooms downstairs as well as a lounge room, combined dining/kitchen area, three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.
Features include:
- stainless steel appliances in the kitchen

- polished wood floors throughout

- large deck/entertainment area with BBQ

- ample windows providing sea breezes

- fully fenced yard

- double lock up garage

- private in ground pool

- landscaped gardens

Sleeps ten in three x queen size beds, two x single beds and one x single bunk bed.

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Plenty of space

Genreally comfortable with plenty of room for everybody. Pool got plenty of use, and the rear deck area is great. The bedroom TV remote is missing and the main TV remote dosen't work. Also the dvd player is faulty and numerous lights don't work.

Kiting Trip

We booked this place for our annual kitesurfing long weekend at Rainbow Beach. The pictures look great on the web site though these photos were obviously taken a long time ago as it's now a little run down. The gardens are overgrown and the big screen projector shown in the photos is missing. The gas bottle was empty on arrival. This didn't matter as the BBQ wasn't working anyway due to a rusted gas line. The oven was also broken. This was a real bummer as we brought BBQ food for the seven of us and apart from a small electric pan, had no way of cooking our meals. We ended having to eat out which added to the expense of our trip. On a positive note, the position is great, within walking distance to the beach, bars & restaurants. To the owner/property manager: In all honesty, we are an easily pleased group. Give us a working BBQ and fridge and were happy.

Roomy and good facilities

We had a group of 12 visit in March this year, it was roomy, comfortable and we really enjoyed every aspect. Plenty of room for cars, boat etc Walking distance to town and the beach. Neighbors are a bit close to the outdoor area so if you have a noisy bunch it might be a little rude for them. We would rent again without hesitation.

Amazing house

We stayed for a week and enjoyed every aspect of the house, the kids had plenty to do with the pool and the downstairs area and hubby and I enjoyed our own time upstairs. Apart from food and toiletries we had nothing to worry about. The house is so close to all the shops and beaches, it was the perfect location. I highly recommend this house to anyone who is thinking about a holiday. We will definitely be back next year.

Really nice house!

A large house with various entertainment/seating areas. Clean and tidy. Lots of glass so perhaps not suited to small kids with dirty hands. 5 minutes walk to anywhere in town. Pool was clean. Auto/remote garage doors a bonus. Issue with one toilet seat was duly noted by C.C.R. ladies for repair. Good people to deal with (five years now).

never use this estate again

in 10yrs of staying in houses, we have never been charged hand prints on windows! and our children are not even small. The bedding was stinky, the cupboards and fridge were dirty, the outside windows was a disgrace, so i cleaned them and the vacuum was full and blocked, which i fixed and the curtain was broken which we were blamed for. they told me to take my complaints to the Office of Fair trading after they withdrew $180 from my cc. will never use this company again. wish i listened to the previous reviewer.

We would never go through this realestate again and neither will 3 other families. Were charged extra for childrens hand prints being left..so beware if your taking children. Horrible end to our holiday!
