HOA Guest Passes are also available for use of all Tahoe Donner Amenities (Trout Creek Rec Center Gym/Pool/Spa/Sauna & Private East End Donner Lake) for their fee/person/day. We are less than 5 minutes from the Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Area, and also within Tahoe Donner is Tahoe Donner Golf Course & Driving Range, the Snow Play Area with a Tubing Hill during the Winter, the Equestrian Center, Pizza On The Hill, and an astonishing amount of Amazing Biking, Hiking, and X-Country Trails in Tahoe Donner and in the Greater Tahoe Area where there is something for everyone!
