Plan to spend your next family getaway at this immaculate mountain home centrally located within walking distance of downtown Truckee and a fantastic bike path! An outdoor lover's dream, this modern townhome features soaring ceilings, contemporary and elegant lighting and fixtures, and comfortable furnishings throughout. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to full-course dinners in the well-equipped, stainless steel kitchen featuring a gleaming center prep island and gorgeous cookware. Dine together at the nearby table for eight, and then spend your evenings warming up by the gas fireplace and watching a favorite show or movie on the flatscreen TV in the adjacent living area. When it's time to wrap up for the night, you'll have a gorgeous main bedroom on the top floor with an en-suite bath featuring a stand-alone shower and a stand-alone tub. On the lower floor, the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and an attached bath with a stand-alone shower, and the kids will love the two twin-size bunk beds and private balcony of the third bedroom. This home also includes two decks with a private gas grill for outdoor cooking, and the generous garage has an entryway, making it easy for everyone to access the home during winter months. Whether you're here for the hot-weather lake activities or the winter skiing, this home is sure to be the centerpiece of a spectacular vacation!



This home is conveniently close to in-town conveniences like grocery stores and some of the best restaurants in the area as well as the Truckee Legacy Trail, Truckee Regional Park, and Old Town Truckee. For additional outdoor activities, you're only seven miles from Northstar California Resort and eight miles from Donner Lake for kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, swimming, and more. Don't forget about golfing at Schaffer's Mill Golf and Lake Club. In the winter, head to Northstar for skiing and boarding, or do some cross country skiing or snowshoeing. And if you really want to check out the area, give Sugar Bowl, Squaw Valley, or Alpine Meadows—all within 18 miles of this townhome—a try!

Beautiful cabin

Perfect for a family weekend getaway! The cabin has top of the line furnishings. The soaking tub was perfect for tired skiers. Restaurants and the slopes were close by.

Lovely home and ideally located with just a short drive to old downtown and freeway access. The upstairs living area is a great room plan.The living room has ample seating with a lovely enclosed fireplace and a large table with seating for six in the dining area. The kitchen is well equipped. The master bedroom is on the same level as the living area and also has an enclosed fireplace, which makes it very cozy for cold winter evenings. Two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs make this an ideal home for a family or friends to enjoy everything Truckee has to offer.

This property has a very high end quality for an affordable price. The property is beautiful with 3.5 baths and a great room kitchen combo. It was perfect for our family gathering. One bedroom has 2 bunkbeds. It also has a grill on the deck. The primary bathroom is gorgeous! Grateful we found it.

Beautiful house

Beautiful house, very well located. It was neat to every place we wanted to visit during our stay. We were two families who stayed here for our snow getaway. This was perfect for us, had everything we needed, clean and very spacious for all of us to stay comfortably.

Wonderful experience!

Our trip to Truckee revolved around the availability of this property! We stayed there in July of last year and loved everything about it, so booked again! It’s roomy, clean, comfortable, and the location is so close to downtown Truckee and everything it has to offer. Highly recommend!

Truckee House

This was a fantastic house for our group of six to occupy for a week of skiing. Close enough where you could walk to town. And close enough to hit several ski resorts in under 30 min. House was clean, comfortable and well maintained.

Very nice place!

The house itself was spacious and updated. Our only issue was due to the warm weather (only in the high 80s but it felt warmer). Since there was no A/C it was hard to get the master bedroom cooled down the first night (no breeze) and so it was hard to sleep, but the second night there was a breeze so it was comfortable. Downstairs bedrooms were cooler.

Great Location and Great House Layout

This is a great unit. The kitchen/family room area is open concept that allows for everyone to be together and interact no matter what is going on. The deck adds extra space and quite nice as there is nothing on the adjacent lots going down the hill. The two bedrooms downstairs allow the kids to do their own thing while still being close by. The furniture was comfortable, and everything was well laid out. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

This house is wonderful.. close to town, well equipped and the kids lover their room with all the bunkbeds. Plenty of full bathrooms for all. Very clean and great beds. The ONLY issue... maybe another chair or seating in living area... seating is limited.

Truckee in winter

Home was very nice. Location was great. Easy to walk to town. Lots of space in the house, the only downside was that there is not a lot of seating space for the size of the home and the number of people it sleeps. A minor point but there was hardly any cutlery, definitely not enough if you had a full house.

Convenient, quiet townhome

The location and space and comfort were great! We were easily able to access I-80 and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. It wasn't too far from the grocery store. Loved the garage parking. Like that there were toiletries. Very easy stay.
