Located close to restaurants, bars and Starbucks, this perfectly appointed 5 bedroom home directly across the street from the beach and the Sands Dunes/ Ocean Dunes Resort. *This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.


"Paradise Breeze" is available through Luxury Beach Rentals, completed in 2018 this beautiful three story beach home offers 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms, a first floor living room and game room, elevator, granite counters in kitchen, tile floors and so much more. Tray ceilings, paneled interior doors and crown molding accent the interior of this mint condition beach house. The upstairs deck and bedroom feature an ocean view. This home offers three covered patios and the top floor patio offers spectacular sunrises which is the perfect spot for your morning coffee. The first floor/game room features an arcade style system with over 400 classic games (ex Pacman Donky Kong, Space Invaders, Pinball, Etc), talking dart board , and a round poker table/play pool combo for the entertainment of our guests (located off the living room). Reserve your vacation now and be one of the first families to stay in this exclusive home.

-Parking is tight and extremely limited. Maximum number of spaces available is 4. Any additional vehicles will need to park on 74th Ave N (first come first served)

-25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

-7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season.

Everything was good. I missed it in the listing, but he did say that it would be minimal cleaning products. So we needed to go to the store and get soaps, toilet paper or paper towels, etcLocation to the beach was good and the elevator helped a lot. The first day it was broken, but they did get out quickly to fix it.

We had a nice time at this place! Nice and clean when the appliances stop working they came to fix the problem! The elevator works wonders lol especially for mom them! Beach across the street. We love the patio second and first floor. We will be coming back stay and the same place!!!!!!

The place was fairly clean. There are some signs of use like lights out, marks on walls and minor damages throughout the house. One of the ice makers didn’t work, a fridge had broken handle, but nothing to really impact our stay. The parking here is kinda tight especially if you aren’t comfortable pulling in and out of a garage as some of our guests were not comfortable with this at all. That being said, have to pull cars out of the garage and then go back inside to close and lock up each time you left was very inconvenient. The location was great, a quick couple minute walk got you on the beach. It was pretty quiet in the neighborhood. There is no bbq grill here, and as I found out renting one in MB is not possible. Have some beach stuff like towels, chairs, umbrellas would have been a great option. Obviously you need to bring all this with you, or rent/buy it. There was an outdoor shower but the head was missing, although the hose just below worked great for rinsing off the sand after the beach trips. Having laundry machines in the unit was a great option especially with all the young kids we had with us. Would I stay here again if I was in the area, probably yes.

Terrible

Everything was filthy. Toilet didn’t flush. Both refrigerators were broken parts. Ice maker did not work door handle broken. Bathroom door knobs broken and did not lock on a shared bathroom pool table broken. Outdoor showers head broken. Could keep going. But no. No management held accountable for issues that are clearly months needing improvement.

great location

all good, only issue was toilet in master bedroom was not refilling water tank properly it was actually leaking water you would have to flush tank to get it to refill and that water would leak out of tank , not a big problem just want to make you aware

The house was perfect—spacious enough for eight adults to enjoy family time, game night, or sneak off to a quiet spot with a good book. The beach was just a short stroll away, with great restaurants nearby and even more within walking distance. The elevator came in handy for those of us staying on the top floor, and the three outdoor spaces gave us plenty of room to relax, reconnect, and enjoy some long-overdue conversation. Grateful for this time together!

Location very good. Elevator was great. Items left in already small garage. Home wasn’t cleaned well. Ice maker in main refrigerator not working. They offered to have cleaning crew and maintenance come, but I didn’t want to have them intrude on our vacation.

Annual golf outing

The flooring on the main level was buckling in several places which made it a hazard. There was sand in the master shower and walls along the stairs had hand prints.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With a very quick walk to the beach, this home is in an ideal location. Unfortunately it is not as described in the listing, was dirty, needed maintenance and was missing the basics. Many of the beds were smaller than noted in the listing. The vents were caked with dust and walls and rugs were filthy. The refrigerator was missing the freezer handle, the Livingroom floor was so buckled that it was a trip hazard and one of the sliding glass doors was missing a handle. The kitchen was barely stocked with the cheapest of everything. We had to call to get enough forks and a vegetable peeler, which were delivered promptly. Property management was professional and quick to respond but should have taken care of these issues prior to our arrival.

Excellent Trip!

House was perfect. Excellent location and space in the home was great. Had to purchase daily items (soap, laundry detergent, etc.) Also had to purchase extra blankets and pillow cases for the pull out bed. But we were fine to do that- we had ample info from manager. We also had to bring a pack-n-play for the baby. But house was really ample- space was great. Kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great stay - No Brainer

This is a 2 minute walk across the street and to the beach. Had our family (kids - teens down to age 5) with us and had plenty of space to stretch. Very well kept and clean. Will try to stay at this same property again in the future.

Beach Trip

We had such an awesome trip to Myrtle Beach! Beautiful home in an awesome location! The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed our stay! There are a few things I’d like to point out about this house. For the amount of money we spent to stay here, there definitely could have been some improvements. The game room is kind of a flop. There’s one game and a dart board…The couch has stains on it and the pull out sleeper is a bust. We ended up buying blow up mattress because all you could feel was the metal bars on the frame.The handle on the sliding glass door to the back deck is busted so you have to be careful you don’t get cut on the remaining metal peice.The listing advertises an elevator… which we had no access to. There’s a his and hers sink in the master bedroom, but one of the sinks is broken. And the floors and area rugs on the main floor were gross and in need of replacing. Such a great house, wish it was taken better care of.

Nice but house was dirty

The house was beautiful but there was dirty broken chairs floors lifted. We had to go buy cleaning products before we could even settle in, tvs weren’t connected and working. Neighborhood was nice. Check in was quick and easy

NEED TO IMPROVEING

Their was TV in all the bedroom no remote to three bedroom, and their was a dirty pamper under the bed and one bedroom have the remote was under the bed. And the chair to dinner room table need to screw down tight, plus two was broke.
