April is the best hostess ever. We had a fabulously outfitted kitchen and bathrooms. Clean house. Great location. Not only is house well stocked with equipment, April was willing to do whatever was needed to make our stay more comfortable. Would stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking to visit Chattanooga.

Perfect weekend spot!

So happy with this stay! We were in town for graduation weekend and the location was perfect. The house also had everything we could possibly need, even dog bowls for our puppy! Would absolutely stay here again.

The splendor of the Appalachian Mountains makes this Scenic City a magnet for outdoor activities and adventures. Close by, you will discover first-rate hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing. Also within walking distance is a beautiful 13-mile Riverwalk that winds along the Tennessee River, ideal for anyone who enjoys a nice stroll, run or bike ride.

North Shore is Chattanooga’s most eclectic neighborhood. Here you will find independently owned bars, restaurants, boutiques, galleries, salons, day spas and coffeehouses.

You can explore Renaissance Park, Walnut Street Bridge, The carousel located in Coolidge Park, or catch an evening performance at the Chattanooga Theatre Centre.
Chattanooga offers eco-friendly economical public bike transit systems called Bike Chattanooga or you may hitch a ride on the Electric Shuttle from North Shore to Downtown. It is a Free green ride!

North Shore offers parking options from free parking to metered to 24 hours.
According to

Operating hours for all Riverfront and North Shore metered spaces are, Monday-Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. After this time, they are free!
Downtown Chattanooga meters are from Monday-Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. After this time, they are free!
Paying meters on Holidays are not required on parking holidays. Meters run one dollar per hour with a two-hour maximum.

Stringers Ridge is a short half mile away and offers a short easy hike with rewarding views of downtown.
• Directions to Bell Avenue trailhead:
• From Van Dyke, turn left on Stringer Street
• Right on Gurley Street
• Cross over Cherokee Avenue to Bell Avenue (directly across from Gurley Street)
• Left into the gravel road for trail head parking
