Nice stay in Championsgate

The house is laid out great for large families. This house in particular is outside of the main gated area which makes going to the Oasis a little bit more of a task but not having rear neighbors was a good trade off.

Great Location!

The location was great! The rooms were spacious and allowed for all of my girls to have their own areas. Plenty of eating room and the pool was the perfect touch!

Will stay here again.

I vacationed here with my six children, this home was just beautiful and much larger than I expected the host was super helpful and fast to respond. The home was beautiful, spacious and clean. We could not have asked for a better home for our stay or a better host. Will book again and recommend to friends!

Great family vacation home

We had a great time, kids loved theater room and pool. Loved not having neighbors in the back, made it seem more private. There were some issues, but we are not complainers, and did not affect our stay. We did not feel crowded, lots of room for everyone. An enjoyable stay was had by all!!

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay at Champions gate. Some minor issues getting a parking pass and using the pass to enter the gate. The house was fairly clean and well used by other families. Decor was very tasteful. Pool and spa were wonderful. The community pool was nice. Drinks are expensive and no coolers or food are allowed as carry ins. Overall we had a nice stay and would consider staying again.

Disappointing Stay

Unfortunately this property did not live up to its pictures or previous reviews. While the house was big enough for our party of 13 and the pool was nice to have, it has multiple issues. The biggest included dirty or insufficient bedding and towels, holes in the walls, and broken furniture. The house is in rough shape for a property that is only 3 years old. I attempted contacting the property managers several times. One phone number went to a voice mail which never got back to me. I had some success with email though I asked multiple times every day of our 4 day stay for more sheets and never got them. It is obvious the property managers are just not taking care of things as it should be. There are tons of places in Orlando, I would not suggest this particular one. Check in was also more difficult than necessary with one guard checking in all visitors. We had some in our party who had to wait more than an hour just to get a pass.

Great home to stay

The property was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and we appreciate that the house was ready for us to use. There were a few issues that I will like to mention: 1. Cleanliness: The house was very clean but one room seen to have hair tides from the past guest. The pool had lots of hair from the past guest. The movie room didn’t work for us, and I contacted the office a month in advance to make sure it was going to work. They only provide one toilet paper and the one in my bathroom was half way used. They only provided 3 trash bags and they required to put your trash in the bags so we purchased extra bags. The electricity also seem to struggle if we use the hair dryer. Or if we were cooking as well. And last but not least, the people at the resort gave my family a hard time at the time of check in because my husband or I were not there. But my entire family was listed, so I didn’t understand why they experience a bad time. Besides the above circumstances, We really liked the place. We appreciate the beauty of the home. And best of all, my family enjoyed so much our stay. We requested the heated pool and it worked perfectly! Thank you again! The Chávez Family.

Not so Luxurious run down rental

We were so excited to stay in Championsgate this year! The overall neighborhood has some great perks (water park and restaurant) but the house was much more run down than the titled “luxury” rental. When we arrived (9pm) we had to go to one of the entry gates to wait for our pass for the week. This took maybe 15min and then we headed to the house for easy entry with the door code. Now the pictures they have posted are beautiful but when we entered it was clear the house was run down and full of band aided issues. This included patches from torn down drapery rods,marks all over the walls, broken and missing patio furniture, a seemingly new but broken refrigerator and disgusting carpeting. We had to rig the theatre room to one of our speakers because the cords were shredded to theirs. What was so frustrating about this situation is that the house had been sitting EMPTY for 10 days before our arrival! There were minor attempts to “repair” issues when we notified them, but it was so clear that the owners of this home have no idea how beat up this place is. My advice, take time to walk through and repair your properties correctly, stop putting bandaids on them, paint your walls, and keep your investment at better standards! I truly hope this happens because other than that, there was plenty of space, the pool/patio were pretty private(our reason for picking) and it was nice and quiet. Also, The restaurant had delicious food and the water park was fun for all ages!

2023 Family Vacation Gone Wrong

I booked this house based off the pictures and reviews stating that this house was a good house for a family vacation. Well…let’s just say we were definitely disappointed. First, I tried to get early check-in (yes, we knew there was a fee) but I was told to contact three days before arriving. I did that and no one contacted me back. We arrive to the house and there were so many things wrong…the house was dirty, trash in the trash bin at the front door from the previous renters. The dryer didn’t work and a part of the ceiling is falling down upstairs. There were holes in the wall in the Toy Story theme room. Also the furniture is very worn. So now it’s time to lay down after traveling all day and I pull the covers back in one of the rooms upstairs and there are little bugs that looked like ants and spiders crawling all on the sheets. All other bedrooms was fine but at this point all those rooms were occupied and I never had a decent night of rest due to not having a bed. I called the customer service line and sent emails about five different times to get no help. Then found the same small bugs crawling on the kitchen counter. Then the morning we were leaving, I assume an animal had gotten a hold of the trash because the bags were torn open and trash was everywhere. Well, if the trash is picked up everyday then I’m sure this would’ve never happen.

Lots of room and great location but lack of response to key issues was disappointing....

On the positive side, the location was very good, and the house was large, kids enjoyed the games in the garage, and there were plenty of dishes and utensils. However, there were a lot of problems that I will go into below. First of all, on arrival, there was trash everywhere when we walked up to the front door. Shortly after we walked in, a handyman came by and said that the cabinet door in the kitchen was knocked off. He couldn't find it so he left and said he would come back tomorrow. He also told us that the washing machine wasn't working and they'd have someone look at it. After he left, we walked through the house. When we went upstairs, we found holes in the Toy Story room walls and in one of the bathroom walls. Additionally a toilet paper holder was dangling, basically pulled all the way off the wall. In one of the showers, the light fixture was off the ceiling, hanging by the electrical cords. When the kids went to put their clothes in the room, they found a thong and some heels in the drawer. Out to the pool, we found a chair with a massive hole in it and a woman's bikini sitting on another chair. I called the number I was given and spoke to someone before he got disconnected. He texted me and said he would get someone to look at the washing machine on Wednesday. He didn't acknowledge any of the other issues. Later that night, the circuit for the movie room and the bathroom next to it flipped off. I let the property manager know that we really wanted this fixed because the kids had been so excited to take advantage of the movie theater. I sent multiple messages and received no response. On Friday, someone FINALLY came and fixed the washing machine, two full days later than promised, but still no one would respond about the movie room. I tried calling on Friday and left a voicemail, along with VRBO messages, and emails. No response to any of those. At that point, I just gave up and stopped trying to talk to anyone at your company. It's a shame because I think your property could be really nice, and I would have even given a pass for some of the drywall damage - I know you can't control if the previous vacationers do some damage, but the utter lack of responsiveness to the washing machine and the electrical issues was very poor.

A few complaints

I paid 140 for the spa pool but it never heated up. Not once. Also the theater had sound issues so I wasn't able to use it and watch the NFL games that were on the weekend. Hope I get compensated or something

The best stay

This was an amazing stay the house was stunning pictures don't do it justice everything was clean I love the location we honestly didn't want for nothing and the property manager communication was spot on we will definitely be staying again this was a great experience thank you !

Comfortable

I liked the neighborhood and the fact that we could play music after 10 pm..Had issues at the home with the fridge..property manager does NOT communicate well..cleaning crew was still there after check in.we we unable to enter the home for over an hot..no call back from management.I feel there should be compensation for lost time and lost food..Would not rent from this management group again..nice hour though..

Don’t look no further this house is for you

Very nice house. The pictures don’t do no justices for this house. Check in process was easy and simple. With a little minor problems with the house nothing major. Very close to all the amusement parks-and stores. My whole family loved the house so much to do in the house to keep you busy.

Great house!!

The house was beautiful and clean. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay; plenty of space, TVs in every room and so much to do in the game room. The amenities are great. The pool was warm and stayed warm all day. Even when we ran into a few snags with the spa the management company was right over to fix it with no trouble. We would definitely stay again and recommend Frank and the on-site team at Jeeves!

This place is exceptional in every aspect.

This house is fantastic place for people who want travel to Disney landThis was such a beautiful and spacious home. The kitchen and living room area were our favorite. We are definitely going to use this house again next time we are there!!!

Beautiful property

We had wonderful experience staying in Frank's beautiful house. From the booking to arrival we got quick respond and accommodate our needs. Everything was exactly what we expected and beyond.
