With two bathrooms and on-site parking, this home offers the ultimate convenience and comfort.



The Space:

This charming home exudes natural warmth with timber floors and ceilings, creating a relaxing, earthy vibe. Unwind in the main living area on plush two-seater sofas, or step onto the balcony to enjoy birdsong with a glass of wine in hand. The second living room, featuring an oversized U-shaped sofa and TV, is perfect for family movie nights, complete with books and games for kids. Stay snug in winter with a log fire and enjoy year-round comfort thanks to fully ducted air conditioning and heating.



The kitchen provides the essential appliances for easy meal prep, complemented by vibrant green cabinetry that stands out against the timber interior. You may wish to bring your own condiments, rubbish bags, paper towels, and other pantry staples, as these are not supplied. The dining area, featuring an elegant eight-seater table, is perfect for shared meals and engaging conversations. Outdoors, there is a trampoline for kids and a fire pit for evening gatherings.



The three bedrooms are thoughtfully curated to ensure comfort and privacy. The primary suite includes a king-sized bed, an ensuite with a shower, and direct access to the expansive deck that wraps around the house. The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed, while the third bedroom is tailored for children, furnished with a bunk bed and a single bed. The second bathroom offers a bathtub and a separate toilet for extra practicality.



Free parking on-site and laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer, ensure a seamless stay. Firewood is supplied during the colder months, with extra available at local stores.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Start your day with a scenic seven-minute drive to Yallingup Beach, where crystal-clear waters and golden sands await. Then head to Cape Naturaliste Vineyard for a delightful wine-tasting experience, just five minutes away. For craft beer lovers, Wild Hop Brewing Co. is only nine minutes by car. Explore the mystical Ngilgi Cave, just seven minutes away, before wrapping up your adventure with a visit to Yallingup Galleries nearby to discover local art.

Airport: Busselton Margaret River Airport is a 34-minute drive away.
