This two bedroom apartment is very comfortable and perfect for couples, family or elderly. The spacious air conditioned living area opens out onto the large balcony with alfresco dining and an electric BBQ. The unit features a modern bathroom with a full size bath, shower and toilet, there is also a second toilet available in a powder room. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, family size fridge and full cooking facilities, internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer.
Right in the heart of Nelson Bay with a lift that takes you straight down into the hub of Nelson Bay where you will find boutique shops, restaurants and cafes! If the holiday you are after includes parking the cars in the secure garages and leaving them there while you explore the local beauty of The Bay, than Nelson Towers is your ideal choice. The complex also boasts a fantastic roof top communal swimming pool with outdoor furniture and magnificent views.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Parking - Double lock up garage available with this unit

The unit was fantastic... great location and layout..... tho my car is 2.2m high and couldnt get into the parking area supplied. I had initially asked the property manager with no response. I ended up having to park in paid parking which wasnt good. This could have all been avoided if it was mentioned on the ad or the property manager knew there properties.

Nelson Bay apartment
The location is great and checking process was good. The apartment was not as clean and new as in the photos and need a lot of upgrades such as : kitchen wares, cleaning tools...everything was old and in bad condition. There’s no vacuum or proper broom to clean. With the amount we paid/night I expect a bit more. To compare the same value in Asia we could have stayed in 5 stars hotel and great service but of course Australia is a bit different but if it’s for rental the owner should invest a bit back to attract more clients.
Overall I can rate this place 3* and need to lower the price for what it is.

Great location and very comfortable accomodation
We have had a lovely stay at this unit in Nelson Towers and were very happy with the accommodation and location. The weather was good to us as well , we will definitely be back. Beverley

Worst experience
The unit was really dirty we had to vacum, clean the toilets and the couches. We didnt even bother with the kitchen it was really bad we bought plastic cups and plates to use. There was cockroachs in the unit i got pics to prove. The balcony was devestating plus the disgusting smell of bacon from the cafe directly below. And much much moreeee. I would of rather slept in the cat than this unit
