This stylish, modern apartment in the heart of Lorne is so close to the beach, cafes and shops, once you park your car, you can hide the keys. Boasting two generous living areas, the kids can hang out downstairs whilst the parents entertain upstairs, or simply just relax in either area for some time out. Both living areas open onto enclosed decks with the upstairs deck featuring a modular outdoor setting and BBQ.
The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts Blanco appliances and Dishlex dishwasher. Breakfast bar for two and dining table for 8 provide ample room for the whole family. The smallest kids will even be treated by their own child dining set. All living and sleeping quarters are fully air conditioned, dressed with both full and half shade blinds and come complete with a variety of extra additions to make your stay a special one. If you are looking for a holiday destination where its the little things that count, look no further.

Walking through the doors, this house took our breath away. All the comforts fromHome you wouldn’t think of. Great family area on the ground floor, then you walk up the gorgeous staircase to the entertaining part of the house, great deck, fabulous kitchen with everything you need to cook anything. We were sad to leave. Can’t wait to come back.

Second time and we'll be back again
Thank you to the owners of 1/17 Smith Street. We were delighted to be welcomed by a wonderfully light filled, spacious and fully decked out modern beach holiday accommodation with everything we needed including underground car parking, separate rumpus room, open plan kitchen, lounge & dining, videos and toys for the kids, all kitchen needs, bbq on the deck & laundry washer & dryer. The location is the best in Lorne with everything literally a minute walk away including beach, pools, cafes (including my fav Bottle of Milk), cinema, trampolines and playground. This is our second time staying at this accommodation and we will be back again for sure.

We were in town for the Great Ocean Road marathon and loved our stay in Lorne! It was such a beautiful property, extremely close to the beach and main strip, and our kids loved the board games and the bunk beds. The owner also left a lovely note for us and chocolates! The check in and check our experience was seamless as well. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!
We were meant to be in Lorne for a cycling event in late 2021 but Covid changed all plans. The host were so kind letting us change our dates, provided us with fresh flower, milk, chocolate and wine upon arrival. The location was perfect for a short walk into town with everything you need. Comfy beds, full kitchen, big garage, it was everything our group of 7 needed for a cozy weekend get away. Thank you for having us!
Thanks again for a wonderful stay and the chocolates and wine. This is a great unit in a fantastic location. We love the second lounge area with teenagers. We hope to have the opportunity again to stay in the future.

Perfect Stay

We loved A Touch of Class. The apartment was everything we wanted. So clean, beautifully decorated with a relaxed feel and well stocked kitchen so we had everything we needed to cater for our needs. The location is perfect! Walking distance to everything. Well be back!!

A Touch of Class
From the moment we walked into the home with a beautiful note greeting us to the wine and flowers, we knew we were going to have a truly relaxing holiday. The location could not be better. We parked our cars and didn't need them again until we left. The house is perfect for a family having two living areas so the children could play downstairs whilst the adults were upstairs relaxing. We had everything we could have needed plus more. I could not recommend this home strongly enough and the owners have gone to the extra effort to ensure any guest is made to feel at home.
We can't wait to go back next year.
