Enjoy the seclusion of your own private pool and spa at this peaceful waterfront cottage, which accommodates up to 10 guests between four bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. Added highlights include lovely lake views, ample living space, and a fully equipped kitchen with a frozen concoction maker.

As part of the island-inspired community of Margaritaville Resort Orlando, enjoy a destination within itself -- complete with fantastic dining, vibrant entertainment, and one-of-a-kind amenities.
Make a splash in three lagoon-style pools and the 14-acre waterpark, or pamper yourself with custom-designed treatments at the signature spa. For upscale dining, live music, and stand-up comedy, stroll to one of the four on-site restaurants and lounges. Decent stay, no large complaints

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice. The pool was dirty when we checked in and one of the balcony door locks didn’t lock, but maintenance came quickly and took care of it. The house was mostly clean, but not meticulous. You could not charge drinks from the pool to your room, which isn’t a huge deal, but a bit of an inconvenience and I wish I knew ahead of time. The biggest turn off for us (again, not a deal breaker, but I wish I knew ahead of time) was the towels. The pool towels were basically glorified hand towels. They were tiny (barely wrapped around your waste) and didn’t absorb much water. The bath towels were also terrible quality, small, and you only got 10 total. They will not bring you extra. So if you use a towel for your body and one for your hair, and if you like bring dry after you get out of the shower, I recommend bringing your own towels. All together, we had a great time. I probably will go back to renting houses in Margaritaville through their other company rather that V-Stays (Ace Hospitality). The price is about the same, maybe slightly more, and the convenience that is provided makes it worth it.

Fantastic Accomodations - Clean and lots of extras

Next time we will come prepared with our own hand soap, toilet paper, dish towels, etc. now that we know what self-sustaining really means. Our pool was uncomfortably hot, 101 degrees actually, but the kids didn't seem to mind. We called for someone to look at it, but I don't know if they did. Aside from that the place was perfect. We even had our own arcade game, and a balcony with a bar, complete with a refrigerator. The margarita maker is also a really nice touch, and shopping is just minutes away to stock up on supplies. When I called the desk about toilet paper and hand soap they were a little short with me on the answer, but they probably get the question a lot. Perhaps a more detailed description of what self sustaining means, and that it can mean that supplies won't be provided at the start of the stay.

We all spent Thanksgiving together and there was enough dishes, glasses, etc for 13 of us to have Thanksgiving dinner together! My grandchildren did not get out of the pool the whole time we were there! It is so nice to have your own pool but to be able to also use the resort!

The second floor king bed comforter looked like it had a dirty handprint on it. We could have used some more towels and some towel bars. My mother in law was in the shower and the sensor lights went off and she fell. Other than that, the property was great and the location to the parks and restaurants was really convenient.

Perfect getaway!

Reviewer Comments: The cottage we rented was amazing, three floors and the layout really allowed for privacy if you are sharing with extended family or friends. The pool and hot tub were awesome as well and we were also very happy with the overall property. Staying here is really the best of both worlds- you have the space you’d get with a rental home but the convenience of onsite staff to help with any issues that arise.

I do have a couple downsides: Floors were not cleaned upon arrival, shower towels were minimal, AC in downstairs bedroom didn't cool well and I had to haul baby cribs to my cottages from bell services (you would think someone could drop-off/pick-up as an added convenience... I would even pay extra for it).
