Spring break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were items broken in the cottage (vertical blinds, sliding glass door handle etc). The cottage also was not 100% clean - we found dirty pots/pans, and items/dust under beds.

Fantastic Accomodations - Clean and lots of extras

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, aside from a couple of hiccups. Next time we will come prepared with our own hand soap, toilet paper, dish towels, etc. now that we know what self-sustaining really means. Our pool was uncomfortably hot, 101 degrees actually, but the kids didn't seem to mind. We called for someone to look at it, but I don't know if they did. Aside from that the place was perfect. We even had our own arcade game, and a balcony with a bar, complete with a refrigerator. The margarita maker is also a really nice touch, and shopping is just minutes away to stock up on supplies. When I called the desk about toilet paper and hand soap they were a little short with me on the answer, but they probably get the question a lot. Perhaps a more detailed description of what self sustaining means, and that it can mean that supplies won't be provided at the start of the stay.
