The Monarch is nestled between Peaks 7 & 8 and downtown Breckenridge, with the mid-point stop for the Breck Connect gondola just a short walk from the property. This amazing location lets you leave the car behind and quickly ride up to the peaks or down to Breckenridge for shopping and restaurants. Inside, the residence boasts incredible architectural detail and high-end design features in every room. A high-tech, spacious kitchen opens to the grand living room for ease of entertaining and hosting fun gatherings. Richly appointed bedrooms and baths are intentionally spread out between all 3 levels of the home allowing for quiet separation when needed. Head to the outdoor living areas to enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery from one of the balconies, gather around the firepit in the summer. or relax in the hot tub after a day of skiing or hiking.

Loved our stay! Not a negative but living room furniture could use an upgrade. To include replacing both couches/throw pillows and exchanging the leopard chairs with nice recliners.

Friends 50th

We wanted to celebrate a friend’s 50th, and wanted a place that was an home away from home and this place provided a very homey feeling. It was beautiful home, very clean and the kitchen was amazing. It was also convenient to the Main Street. Would definitely come back again.

What a spot!!!!!

Beautiful property with absolutely everything you’ll need for a few nights to a months stay in Breckenridge! Less than 50 steps to the Gondola. So much room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The hot tub out front is a huge highlight! It’s a beast!
