Great location, right on the beach

Beautiful views from all living areas, nice and cosy for a winter getaway, unfortunately no wifi for our stay

Was a great house, perfect for our family getaway. Only thing they could include some little basics, sugar & tea as well as wine glasses.

Amazing place

Had such a fantastic time with our family of 5 in this cosy beach home. We felt like we were on holidays the moment we walked through the door. And loved the sand buckets and toys for toddlers in the backyard. We are already planning on when to come back! Highly recommend!

Great property and location!

Really enjoyed this property! It was seamless. Great aircon to keep us warm on cold days and well laid out for kids. The sofa was amazing! Fire pit, bbq etc, on the water. Very good! We will stay again.

Great Getaway House, Excellent Views

Really good property for a holiday, great location and views. Bedrooms, lounge, dining, deck areas good size. Cons: Linen, towels not supplied...bit of a downer to arrive at a beautiful place and have to make the beds (including bunks). + didn't have a small supply of tea, coffee, sugar which isn't usually a problem but there are no shops in Patonga to get supplies. Just a couple of little things would make this house perfect to stay at.

A lovely beach shack by the bay

The cottage had the perfect vista of the bay bookended by Norfolk pines. The sunrises from the verandah were magnificent. The vibe was beach shack weekender. It is a fabulous location from which to explore the 3 Ps - Patonga, Palm Beach and Pearl Beach. The only negatives was the lack of simple amenities like dishwasher powder, a tea towel, a wash cloth for sink, wine glasses, etc. Luckily we arrived earlier then one of our fiends so we were able to ring her to bring what was missing. So as long as you are aware that you have to bring everything, and the place is not brand new or spotless you will have a wonderful time.

A great location!

The property was perfectly located and had a lovely outdoor space overlooking the beach. An easy walk to the great pub down the road. Only downfall was that kitchen utensils and glasses were not clean and there were some blood stains on the duvet. Nice to see there were some wine glasses available after reviewing previous comments, however you still need to bring everything else. Including cleaning cloths.

Relaxing time in a beautiful spot

We had a great time staying at the beach shack. It was picture perfect location in a modest and humble house. There were a few small improvements that we would have liked to have seen for the money. There were no instructions on how to use the electronics and kitchen appliances, no remotes for the TV's and not much in terms of kitchen supplies. Also, there was no mention of the bed sizes so it was difficult to know what sheets to bring as these are BYO or purchased for a fee. We ended up finding that the double sheets we bought we slightly too small and didn't fit the bed. So if you can, hire the sheets or take oversized double/queen sheets. Other than this (not game changers) the location was great and the house was very comfortable. We had a great time and would recommend this venue to others.

Perfect house for relaxing

We loved staying in the beach house. We had beautiful weather which allowed us to spend most of our time outside on the deck and on the grass. A perfect place to relax in. Just one thing to note, there are no wine glasses in this house which was a little bit frustrating. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
