Mooie luxe suite met uitzicht op Kachemak Bay en de Homer Spit. Deze suite bevindt zich op de 1e verdieping van ons nieuwe appartementencomplex en heeft meer dan 400 m² aan leefruimte: een slaapkamer met twee kingsize bedden, een complete badkamer met aangepaste tegels en vloerverwarming en een uitkijkplatform om te genieten van de adembenemende 180 graden panoramisch uitzicht van wereldklasse.

Deze nieuw gebouwde suites zijn ingericht met een moderne boerderij-inrichting en zitten vol met alle functies van hedendaags comfort. Elk heeft een eigen ingang en bevindt zich in een rustige buurt die dicht bij alle attracties in Homer ligt.

Great Quick night in Homer

Super easy communication with the property manager made this stay great! Wonderful location, beautiful, clean room, and the hot tub was a great added bonus! Perfect for a luxurious night overlooking the water in Homer.

Gorgeous location, well-kept property

This property was beautifully maintained and decorated, located on a cliff overlooking the water and Homer Spit, with a gorgeous view of the mountains. It's a wonderful location for taking photos or simply reading a book in the backyard, and it's conveniently located to both the small downtown area and the Homer Strip. During our two-day visit to Homer, we enjoyed eating crepes at Wild Honey, taking a "Creatures of the Dock" tour, visiting the Islands museum, and (most of all) flying to Brooks Falls with Alaska Bear Adventures, where we saw 12-15 bears fishing for salmon! Even over the 4th of July weekend, the property was quiet at night, despite being full of guests and located near some airplane hangars. The beds are large and comfortable, and the private deck area was lovely, with a larger public deck with a hot-tub. Note: because of staffing shortages, it was sometimes difficult to find restaurants that were open, so you need to stay flexible about eating options.

Wonderful Stay in Homer

We loved our stay at this property. It is new, beautiful, and has outstanding views. It is exactly as shown online. Josh & Laura (owners) and Karen (manager) were all great. We had concerns about smoke conditions in the Homer area prior to our arrival due to a large fire near Soldotna. Josh was great about answering our emails and keeping us updated on the conditions which were not a factor. The weather and skies were absolutely beautiful; as is Homer and this property. Can't wait to get back for another stay.

What a beautiful place that's right in town

This awesome place was just what we needed for our family get together. Several families came from as far away as the east coast and from up in the Arctic. The lay out of rooms worked perfectly with the upstairs suite being very roomy for all of us to gather for meals if we weren't outside dining above the beach at the fire pit. We appreciated having the washer and dryer, the well equipped kitchen and the hosts providing the extras we needed such as extra tables and a crib. This made our stay comfortable and trouble free. Some of the family will be staying there again this coming summer for sure.

Breathtaking Ocean front!!

Every morning we woke up to the most breathtaking views. We enjoyed coffee on the deck overlooking the spit, mountains, and glaciers. We were so blessed by the surroundings as well as all the interior features. Well appointed furnishings, tall ceilings and peaceful setting. We fully recommend this rental!

Amazing vista

Our family really enjoyed this rental! It had a quaint farmhouse, rustic, modern feel loaded with custom features. We really liked the heated tile bathrooms. The ocean, mountains and glaciers were amazing. The views were remarkable with amazing with panoramic views into three glaciers. We could see the spit really well. Its nice to have something located a few minutes from downtown and close to the fishing charters.

Exceptionally Beautiful Place to Stay

This new construction home was well thought out and beautifully crafted. I love the large floor to ceiling windows to the view and the heated bathroom floors with custom tile patterns. It is very clean and spacious. I love the tall ceilings and the beautiful beam. The kitchen and bedroom are spacious and the deck is a favorite place to have morning coffee. The sunsets are exquisite and it always amazes me how late the sun sets in Alaska in July. We had a wonderful time and will absolutely be back.
