About this property

Unbeatable beach views from the balcony and inside the living area of this totally updated 6th floor 1BR 1 bath condo at The Florence. The condo sleeps a family of 5. The living area features a new queen sofa sleeper. There is a ceiling fan to keep you cool. A 50" Smart TV & a Blu-Ray is in the living area. We have Spectrum cable with Showtime and high speed WiFi. The kitchen is supplied with all the cooking essentials you need to prepare meals during your stay. There is a dishwasher for easy clean up.
The bedroom’s new king bed provides a perfect night's sleep and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. There is a 32" TV in the bedroom. A twin rollaway is in the closet for a 5th person. The unit is well stocked with nice towels and includes beach towels. Bathroom features a walk in shower.
We supply beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella and a small ice chest for you to use during your stay.
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.
Pet friendly. Pet fee and Pet Agreement required.
Max guests: This unit must not exceed 5 guests.

Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.
Rental Agreement required. All guests must adhere to the rules of the building. Please be considerate of others in the building.

The outside light was not on when we arrived and the hallway was pitch dark, so we had to use a flashlight to access the keypad. It was still very hard to see. Host should always leave the light on for arriving guests. This made for an unpleasant start.The bath products were the worse we've ever had at a rental. We had to go purchase products. The outside area looked awful. No amenities except for lap pool.

Great location to the beach! You just walk outside the condo and you're on the beach. The condo was very comfortable and updated. It also had a private bedroom. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching amazing sunrises and being entertained by the pelicans diving for food! Highly recommend the place.

This was a great stay for us! Dog friendly beach lodgings with easy pool and beach access. The weather was just perfect too!
