Great condo with awesome views!
We loved this place! From the minute we arrived and were shown around by Dominic until the minute we left I had nothing but the highest rating for this facility. The condo was spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. The floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom perfectly framed the awesome view of the waterway and buildings across the Inner Coastal Waterway. The balcony was a great size for sitting and having a relaxing drink or meal. The pool and hot tub areas looked great, but the temperature was a little too cold for us to take advantage of them. Parking in the garage was very convenient and secure. The beach was a few blocks away which could be a little inconvenient if you are toting children with you, but we enjoyed the walk along the beach up to the pier. There was a beach cart in the unit for you to carry the chairs, floats and toys( which were there) to the beach You are about 30 minutes to Miami Beach with the traffic. We took Uber and Lyft a few times just to avoid the hassle of driving in the traffic and paying for parking. We would highly recommend this place to friends and family and only hope this review isn't so good that we won't find it available next time we are going to Sunny Isle!
