➤IMPORTANT NOTE-
The building holds a refundable security deposit upon check-in and a non-refundable resort fee payable directly at the front desk. Before booking, please make sure that you have read and agreed to the hotel`s $100 security deposit per day and $45 per day resort fee. This will be processed upon arrival at the hotel front desk, and any inquiries regarding this should be directed to the hotel front desk. All fees charged will be included in your checkout statement.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest`s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit, including the resort`s pool and gym. Please, make yourself at home!

➤ Please note that this property does NOT include parking, however, there is PAID valet parking available for $35 per night per vehicle on site.

This location is in the Golden Shores Ocean Boulevard Estates neighborhood in Sunny Isles Beach. Golden Shores is a group of 200 + Mediterranean themed homes. Perfectly located in North Miami Beach between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Marenas Resort is short distance from Miami International Airport (MIA), Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL), and cruise ports.

In this area, most errands may be completed on foot. There are a few neighboring public transit alternatives available. Car sharing is also available from RelayRides.

➤ If you arrive prior to check-in, the concierge is available to securely hold your luggage, allowing you to relax and explore while waiting for your unit to be prepared. You are welcome to enjoy the amenities during this time.

➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
