A quiet cozy place for a family near the center of Lithuanian port Klaipėda
Apartment Liepų 37 is a comfortable 30m² flat on a ground floor of a "Memel period" house. In a separate kitchen You can make a coffee or tea, cook or bake - You'll find all You need. In a bathroom there is a shower cabin (with shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer) and wc.
A combined living/bedroom space is equipped with dinning table for 4, a big closet, king size twin bed and a twin armchair transformable to 150 cm bed.
Probably You'll like a separate entrance (4-step stairs) from a big but quiet backyard with a free parking possibility.
Apartment has free wi-fi, TV set with USB, web-based TV receiver with ~40 channels.
Distances are: town center, old town, ATM, Atgimimo Square - ~700 m, "new" ferry to Smiltynė (cars and pedestrians) - ~4 km, "old" ferry (pedestrians only) - 1.7 km, shopping center Akropolis - 5,6 km.
In ~200 m - not expensive but tasty food bistro "Liepžiedis", ~200 m in opposite direction - a good Armenian restaurant "Ararat"

All I do now - play keyboards in a local band, produce audio records for a children song studio in the youth center of queen Luize, work as independent distributor of NeoLife part time and of course manage things on Liepų 37 for You to fell like home :)
