Zigadeaux was excellent. Beautiful layout. Fun entrance. Rooms were well appointed and left us plenty of privacy. Living room and fireplace were wonderful. Hot tub was perfect after a long day hiking. Excellent and very professional. Love working y'all!

The good: The house was nice. The kids loved the tower. It was cozy. There were lots of kitchenwares which was nice. There were only 6 of us, so plenty of space. The heat worked very well. The bad: There were mice. The provided snow shovel was cheap and broke easily. The downstairs bathtub had a slow leak in the drain, so no soaking time. The ugly: The trundle mattress had a brown stain right where a brown stain shouldn't be.

Great place! Awesome hot tub!!

My husband and two young boys stayed here when we came to Canaan Valley to ski for the new year. Even though we did not need a 4 bedroom place, it was still perfect for us all! Very cozy!! Loved the kitchen and living room combo where we were all together and we enjoyed lighting a fire in the fireplace each night. Another HUGE highlight for us all was the hot tub!! It was amazing to sit out on the deck in the hot tub even when it was 34* F. The hot tub temperature was perfect and only took a few minutes to warm up. Very clean too! My only complaint was the lighting. The steps leading up to house are solar and do not emit any light at all. The porch light was not left on for our arrival (and the sun sets early in the winter) and in order for us to use the hot tub, we had to take light bulbs from lamps inside and around the home because ALL of the outside deck lights were burned out!! Which in turn left us with dark interior rooms inside. My husband made it all work, despite not having pliers to loosen the screws on the frozen porch lights and while it's not hard to change a light bulb, that's not the issue, although it is the responsibility of the management company to ensure proper lighting. All in all, we'd stay here again. The house had everything we needed, was clean, nice location tucked in the development of the mountain neighborhood, and we loved the hot tub!!
