Esta unidad amplia y luminosa está ubicada en el cuarto piso, a solo unos pasos de la playa y la piscina.  Se trata de un condominio de 1 dormitorio / 1 baño y ofrece hermosas vistas del Golfo de México desde el lanai privado con mosquitero.  Disfrutará de este condominio recientemente actualizado que cuenta con una cocina completa con encimeras de granito, comedor y sala de estar con televisor de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y un sofá cama tamaño queen. La suite principal tiene privacidad desde la sala de estar con puertas francesas y tiene una cama tamaño king con vistas al golfo desde la terraza. Siéntese en su porche cubierto y disfrute de una taza de café mientras observa a los delfines y los pelícanos.

We thought the unit looked nice in the photos - in person it was fantastic! Beautifully decorated, efficient use of space, appliances were in excellent shape. As a recently retired couple, it was great for us. Worth noting that laundry was on the property, but not inside the unit.

This day was fine. It just wasn’t over the top. We’ve stayed in other locations on the island that I preferred even on sundial. We had a very clean place to stay very nicely decorated. It just seem to be missing some of the amenities that the others provided, but we would stay again.

I would suggest along with the online instructions that there be a small 3 ring binder with easy access instructions. I did not find the coffee filters until the last day. The tv was a bit difficult and would have been easier with some quick instructions. It took me a couple of days to find the trash bins, though the recycling bins were easy to find, It would have been nice to know about the ice cream shop, the restaurants in the main building and ordering to go at the tiki hut. It took us a while to find these lovely perks. The rug needs some rug tape and there are only 3 teaspoons. I also would have liked some baskets under the bathroom sink to accommodate storage of brushes, etc. The bed was great, the porch was lovely, we had a fantastic stay. The island is beautiful and so nice to not have huge high rise hotels.
The morning view was lovely.

I sincerely appreciate you pointing out these specific details. Our goal at Dream Vacation Rentals is a "no-surprises" stay, and your suggestions for a physical 3-ring binder and better signage for the trash bins and coffee filters are excellent. We are actually in the process of updating our in-home guides, and I will make sure "quick-start" instructions for the TV and a "Local Gems" guide—including the Tiki Hut and ice cream shop—are front and center. I've also noted the request for more teaspoons, bathroom baskets, and rug tape. We’ll get those items addressed immediately to ensure the unit is perfectly stocked for the next guest. Our condo was fantastic! It had everything we needed and more. Great location! Very clean and a great view of the Gulf. We would spend a lot of time in the screened in lanai/balcony as well. We will definitely be back!

Long weekend in Sanibel

We had a nice visit to the Sundial C408. We have stayed here before. The property manager was very helpful. We had a defective umbrella and chairs and the manager was so nice to bring replacements for us. We really had a nice time and we will definitely be back again.

heavenly 5 days in sanibel

This gem of a condo is clean, bright and has everything you need. It's location (just a short walk to the beach) is ideal. The view from the balcony is terrific and you can literally see the blue/green water. It helped that the weather was perfect 80 and sunny with a nice dry breeze! Just what the dr. ordered for two very winter weary Bostonians. Would def stay here again.

This was a wonderful place for our family of 3 to stay for three nights. It seemed as though we were most likely the first guests in this unit as we were obviously the first to use the appliances, even took the plastic off the sleeper sofa. The contractors have done an excellent job remodeling after Ian. My husband who is a contractor was very impressed.The only downside to booking through VRBO is that it was not apparent that booking this way means that you do not get the accomodations of the Sundial; bikes, heated pool, kayaks and paddleboards. We opted to pay for this additionally which at the time meant when you pay for the day pass they give you vouchers for food and drinks. I can't imagine that deal will continue.This place was awesome and I could see you being able to get a lyft and not leave the resort if that's what you wanted to do. You could also easily bike over to Jerry's to get what groceries you wanted. We plan to come back here again in the future! The staff is amazing.

Saturday and Sunday were fine. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday morning they were doing construction on a unit below us and beside us. Using Sawz-alls. Literally from 9-5. You had to leave the unit or wear earplugs. I know it’s not the vacation rentals problem, but we should get a partial refund. We love Sanibel, and love the Sundial. I don’t know if we will rent again or not. Two years ago they were using jackhammers to tear up and replace driveways the whole time we stayed.

Done with this particular VRBO

The property was and always is great. We have stayed at the Sundial for years now either through VRBO or direct booking with the result. So we would rank the Sundial very highly as always. This just happened to be a less than positive VRBO experience. Supplies in the room were lacking, communication about no water available for a time period of 9:00 am through 3:00pm on a day was non existent, the pool being overcrowded due to other factors throughout the resort that we weren't able to participate in, etc. It just wasn't what we have come to expect from a VRBO rental. Plus the cost was way over what we normally would encounter, and the unit listed as a one bedroom was actually an efficiency.

Thank you for your review. Quite surprising as the water issue was sent over and we even allowed a late check out due to the issue. It was not a unit issue, but several buildings. They also had signs posted around the property. We also state in the listing what amenities you receive and what you aren’t able to use. The condo is not an efficiency. There is an accordion wall that can open or close making it a one bedroom or opened for a more open feel. That’s also clearly stated in the description and photos. We include a starter supply of soaps and paper products. All of that information is sent to you prior to arrival. Our team is also happy to assist with anything at all during your stay to make things as perfect as possible. While we aim for five stars each and every stay, we’ll have to work even harder to make sure everything hits the mark moving forward.

Week getaway

The property has a great location but furnishings are tired. Our beach equipment was sub par with a broken umbrella and beach chairs that needed to be replaced, only one was a sand chair. Upon request for replacements we were told they would arrive but never heard back again from property management.

Thank you for your review. Very surprised as the furnishings are all in very nice shape. On the lower level is the beach equipment room with several chairs and umbrellas. We had our team go there as you stated the chairs were not beach chairs, but they are all the back pack style beach chairs and actually brand new. If you do prefer a certain type it may be a good idea that you bring those or rent. We certainly do our best to make sure everything is as perfect as possible and are disappointed if there’s ever anything less than five stars. We’ll work even harder to make things as perfect as possible.

This gem of a condo is clean, bright and has everything you need. It's location (just a short walk to the beach) is ideal. The view from the balcony is terrific and you can literally see the blue/green water. It helped that the weather was perfect 80 and sunny with a nice dry breeze! Just what the dr. ordered for two very winter weary Bostonians. Would def stay here again.

We would visit Sundial again and will consider staying in C408 again.

We would visit Sundial again and will consider staying in C408 again. The condo itself was very nice, the view excellent, the lanai comfortable and relaxing. The resort was relaxing. The beach was beautiful with powdery soft white sand and not crowded like some of the public beaches. We did not have any contact with members of your team. We booked this property through Booking.com.
