Casa San Pietro es una granja tradicional completamente renovada y se ha transformado internamente para crear un espacio de vida abierto muy grande que incluye áreas de cocina, comedor y sala de estar, la cocina es ultra moderna en su diseño y tiene 5 fuegos, horno grande, microondas, lavavajillas, nevera-congelador y fregadero de acero inoxidable en una encimera Quarz. Los muebles de comedor contemporáneos tienen capacidad para hasta 10 personas con facilidad, al igual que la sala de estar con sillones y sillones en forma de L. Hay una estufa de leña para ver en las noches frescas o, alternativamente, un televisor de pantalla grande con satélite y un reproductor de DVD y CD. El cuarto de servicio contiene una lavadora, otra nevera-congelador y fregadero. La planta baja contiene mesa de billar, sala de fútbol y juegos con dormitorio doble adicional y baño para invitados. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble grande, con 3 ventanas en todos los aspectos, y un baño de mármol con bañera y ducha. Las dos habitaciones dobles tienen cuarto de baño compartido de mármol. La otra habitación doble es en suite.

Great stay

We (two families with teenagers) loved our stay, everything was as described. The house is very well equipped and spotless clean. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen (barbecue) and the pool. The region is very beautiful, with a lot of nice places to go. We can recommend this sunflower house :)

Beautiful and relaxing

Beautiful house in the middle of the wonderful typical landscape for this region. Everything was as described and showed on the pictures. A great place for sightseeing and exploring the countryside and also the coast. Lovely pool area with an indescribable view. The house itself very clean, modern, we felt very comfortable from the first minute and enjoyed our vacation pretty much. I would return anytime again.

Excellent holiday

The house is beautiful, a great setting and location and we loved Ostra Vetere. All of us agreed this is the best equipped house we have ever stayed in and we have been coming on similar holdays for 5 years now. The directions and tips you gave us were great and much appreciated. The Pool Table, Monopoly and Cluedo were used a lot especially in the evenings or mid day when it was too hot for some. We stayed by the pool a lot and enjoyed the canopy. Many thanks and I would certainly recomend the accomodation.

Lovely characterful farmhouse in a peaceful setting.

We really enjoyed our week in this well-equipped and comfortable farmhouse. It was a family holiday including three generations - grandparents to 3 year old grandson. We all loved the pool which was very well maintained with comfortable sunloungers and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. We enjoyed relaxing, eating & drinking on the two terraces. The gardens surrounding the house were very attractive and fun for a child to explore. We liked the games room for the (one) rainy afternoon. We also enjoyed exploring the local towns which felt very authentically Italian, not too touristy and with some good restaurants and pizzerias. It is in a quiet, peaceful setting with beautiful views. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Family vacation

The property is beautiful. A few things could be improved. A banister on the stairs would have been helpful. We are in our seventies and found the stairs to be a bit scary. The double bedroom in the main room could use a luggage rack, no place to put your bags other than on the floor. The corners on the bed frame were very sharp as well We were surprised that there was no hand soap, no coffee, no sugar, no dish soap, or salt and pepper. Most VRBO have some of these things available, until you can get to the store. We know the country life has a lot of ants, but there were many ants to deal with, especially around the pool. The pool was a beauty and we could not get the kids out of the water most of the days. Enjoyed by all. Thank you again. Romana

Perfect huis voor groot gezin

Een mooi huis voor 10 personen. Echt alles is aanwezig: genoeg handdoeken, speelgoed voor kinderen. Meer dan genoeg keukenartikelen (servies, glaswerk, bestek, pannen). 5 slaapkamers, 4 badkamers. Groot zwembad dat vaak werd schoongemaakt. Ligging is heerlijk rustig. Het stadje Ostra Vetere is leuk. Goede restaurantjes: La Buccia en Officina. Genoeg bakkers, supermarkten. Echt de moeite waard. Wil je naar het strand, ga dan naar Senagallia (ongeveer half uurtje rijden). Perfect voor kleinere kinderen. Strand loopt heel langzaam af.

Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen und können das Haus, den Pool und die Umgebung nur empfehlen. Einziger Nachteil, das Haus ist für 10 Personen ausgerüstet die Tische für draussen sind haben nur Platz für 8 Personen.

Tolles Haus mit allem was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht

Das Haus ist sehr schön, super Ausstattung, alle Fenster mit Fliegengitter Rollos (was auch echt nötig ist), jedes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und ein toller großer Pool (ca.10x5m). Wir (6 Erwachsene und 3 Teenager ) haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Carlo ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und war auch immer per Email erreichbar. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub mit allen Annehmlichkeiten die ein Ferienhaus bieten kann.

A little touch of heaven

This is our second visit to this wonderful place. The Marche area is such a picturesque region. The villa is set in a lovely quiet spot but still close to the local places for shopping, restaurants etc. The villa has breathtaking views and no matter which way you look it's like a canvas ready to paint. The villa is well equipped for all your needs. It can easily sleep up to ten people with washroom facilities for all. There's a book in the villa directing you to several places of interest. Please visit Coppetto's restaurant. The owners recommended it and I can understand why. The food and friendly service was amazing. We took family who are Italian and live in Ancona and they said they would travel from there to eat at this amazing place. I can highly recommend this beautiful Villa for your perfect Italian vacation.

Fantastic holiday in a lovely tourist free area of Italy

This house is fantastic. Really well set up in a gorgeous quiet setting but only 10 minutes drive to Barbara or Ostra Vetere. We had a lovely meal at Castello in Barbara where the chef is truly passionate about his food and wine. We had wonderful days out in Urbino, Frasassi Caves and swam at Gola de Furlo. It was perfect to come back to the house and enjoy a glass of wine watching the swifts dip over the pool as the sun set. Games room was great entertainment too!

Beautifully restored farmhouse in a stunning setting

You can tell the owners have restored this property to high standards and that they are very proud of what they have achieved. All the rooms are finished to a high spec with very stylish and comfortable furniture. The air con was truly appreciated at night and we enjoyed using the bbq in the evenings followed by family competitions in the game room in the basement! A beautiful aspect with great views on both sides to watch the world go by. Lovely pool area with plenty of comfy loungers and covered area. We went to Senigllia for a coupleof trips to the coast - NB book your Bagni - local osteria in St Barbara was superb as was the pizzaria in Ostra Vetere

Wonderful week in wonderful surroundings

We recently returned from 3 weeks of vacation, where the highlight of the trip was spending a week in this genuine Italian farmhouse in wonderful surroundings. We were 2 families (4 adults) with 3 children from 7 to 12. The house was spacious for our company and most of the days where spent at the nice pool-area with plenty of seating and sunbeds. We made most meals in the house, and the kitchen was more than well equipped. The outside coal grill was also used on several occasions, with great results. Everything with the house and equipment was in order and made it easy for us to enjoy our stay 100%. We would gladly return for a vacation to this wonderful, quiet place, in the future.

Pictoresque but with functional problems

The property is located in the country side and offers nice views. The living room is a very nice environment. Nevertheless we encountered two main problems: -the house is not suitable for elders and little children because the staircases' steps, walkways and railings are not totally reliable, -the staff attending the house's cleaning was impolite to say the least. Fantastic Group Holiday

Fantastic Italian Farmhouse accommodation in the most beautiful of Italian countryside. The pool area is lovely, as is the pool its self, couldn't wait for my early morning swim. The house has everything you could need for a relaxed holiday, Wi-Fi, Sky TV, air conditioning etc. Enjoyed visits to the local towns and restaurants, the beach Senigallia is a real Italian experience. Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a family holiday or a holiday with friends, it is a real taste of Italy!!

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage

Wir waren mit 9 Personen (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) im Haus - mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 3 Bädern und dem großzügigen Wohnraum und offener Küche bot es genügend Platz. Die Ausstattung entspricht zu 100% den Fotos, alles ist sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auch der Garten und der Pool entsprechen genau den Fotos, alles ist sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm und ging ausschließlich per Mail, die Antworten kamen immer sehr zügig und ein kleines Problem mit dem Internet wurde prompt gelöst. Im Haus ist eine Infomappe mit diversen Restaurantempfehlungen vorhanden, die wir allerdings nicht ausprobiert haben, wir haben in der gut ausgestatteten Küche selbst gekocht. Der Pool wurde regelmässig gereinigt (morgens), wir haben von der Reinigung - außer dem gepflegten Pool - nichts gemerkt. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem tollen Haus - danke Gillian und Carlo, wir kommen wieder!

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt in dem sehr gepflegten, großzügigen Anwesen! Die Ausstattung ist absolut perfekt und liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt einfach an nichts. Besonders toll fanden wir den wunderschönen Pool (den wir leider aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzen konnten), die neuen Badezimmer und die tolle Alleinlage. Das Restaurant "Il Copetto" hat uns sehr gut gefallen, auch die Ausflüge nach Urbino und in die Höhle von Fornasetti, die man auf keinen Fall verpassen sollten. Ein großes Dankeschön an Carlo, auch für Wein und Essig!

Traumurlaub in den Marken

Sehr schön und ruhig gelegene Villa im typischen Stil mit sehr guter Ausstattung in gut erreichbarer Lage.Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt, ebenso die Aussenanlagen. Mehrfach war frühmorgens der Gärtner und Poolwart unaufdringlich tätig.Die gemachten Angaben haben 1:1 zugetroffen, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war problemlos. Auch während des Aufenthaltes war der Vermieter mit uns in Kontakt und bemüht Probleme mit dem Internet zu lösen. Vor Ort war eine ausführliche Infomappe ausliegend, die Tipps zu Restaurants waren sehr gut. Das Beziehen und Verlassen des Hauses war völlig problemlos, eine Übergabe war nicht notwendig, der Schlüssel war hinterlegt. Das Haus kann ohne Einschränkungen jederzeit weiterempfohlen werden.
