Stayed for a week with 10 people, and we had plenty of space. The private pool was excellent to have for our group and the sunsets from the beach or the second story deck were amazing. It was also great to have the beautiful beach just steps away from the house

We had the best week with our family in Indian Rocks Beach. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs (3 families) and the location was ideal. Walkable to many restaurants and ice cream shops. The 5 kids lived in the pool and loved to proximity to the beach. Highly recommend this house to anyone!

The host was very welcoming and friendly. The whole place was very clean and it was a great location next to the beach. The heated pool was a plus. The general location made it close to walk to local eating spots and a park/nature preserve.

Wonderful stay. This is an older beach house but the location to the beach was top notch. The pool was great. Overall we had a great stay. There were some complaints about the doors (inside and outside) not opening and closing well, the dishwasher falls out of the cupboard, the air conditioning was so so (got hot in some of the bedrooms at night requiring use of multiple fans which were in the closets for guest use) and a few of the beds (in the rooms with multiple beds) were uncomfortably hard/worn. The kitchen was lacking some cookware (baking sheets, small bowls) and the house could have used a few more towels (bath & kitchen). The views were absolutely stunning and you could see the beautiful sunset from 3 different deck levels. There was a closet of beach and pool toys. I cannot say enough about the pool, location to the beach, and the views at this property. This property also had plenty of seating on its multiple decks. Perfect for group vacations. We had no issues during our stay requiring us to urgently contact the host but the host was easily available and responsive during check in and check out. The cleaning/maintenance staff were there when we arrived and they were very friendly to us. We would definitely return to this property.

Great beach house

We had a blast at this beach house. Beautiful location right on the beach. Private pool, grill, and several units within the house. Great seating and hanging areas near the pool!

Family vacation

Our family of 13 enjoyed our stay at Sunshine’s Hideaway. The downside was the cold spell with temps in the 40’s, but the kids still enjoyed the heated pool every day!

Outside area was fantastic with direct beach access along with plenty of patio and deck space. The weather was not ideal, but it was January. The interior could use some fixing up, but it was nice to have separate units. It had plenty of space and cooking utensils. However, the other amenities are limited, and I would not recommend using the pool heat. It was warm when we arrived then got cooler each day of our stay. Overall, I would recommend the place with these comments in mind.

Beautiful Beach Front Property

We had an excellent time staying here. The location is perfect, close to stores and restaurants. The pool and beach access are amazing. The house has three separate kitchen and living areas. Perfect for multiple families. The property manager provided full details prior to us arriving and they were quick to respond with any questions. We would definitely stay again.
