This apartment is very clean and well maintained with quality decor. The leather couch and chair are comfortable for relaxing including throws for warmth. The heating system and hot water are quick. The hosts have provided everything someone might need. It’s a bonus having a washer and dryer.The hosts were available for any needs. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Homey haven in Eagle River

This property is so charming, well appointed and comfortable! Truly a home away from home! Lanett and Tomas are gracious hosts, freely sharing info on local things to do and sights to see. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 2 weeks while helping our daughter and family move to Eagle River from Texas. We enjoyed the very clean & comfortable furnishings and bedding, upgraded kitchen appliances and Keurig, and easy laundry availability.Bonus: Walking distance from 3 coffee shops!

This Apt. was immaculate. The pictures do not do it justice. It was in a great convenient location, it was like new inside, very quiet, the hosts have thought of everything to make it a wonderful stay. The hosts were very friendly and delightful but not intrusive. Our stay was 15 days. We will Definitely stay here again when in the area. It felt like home away from home

Very well maintain place to stay. Very close to in town or within 1/2 drive to going on great excursions. Couple in charge of property are so kind and sweet. We would stay there again, on our return to Alaska!!

Great VRBO in a great location with attentive hosts!

We throughly enjoyed our stay with Tomas & Lanett! Their VRBO is in the heart of Eagle River in a nice peaceful setting. They were very attentive and asked several times if we needed anything. Their place was stocked with everything we needed, and having laundry on-site while on vacation was a bonus! I would not hesitate to rent their VRBO again!

We love staying here when we come to Eagle River. The owners are wonderful people and very accommodating. The location is near town and nice and quiet, and the apartment is perfect for one or two people. Very clean, well equipped, nicely decorated, and very homey feeling. This place has everything you need to feel comfortable and welcome.

Lovely property was as advertised. Plenty of space even though there was only 2 of us. Everything was clean and well maintained. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus. Only issue was the bed dipped in the middle, could possible have the mattress rotated or flipped over the bed was comfortable otherwise.

Amazing

Property is perfect, all you could need or ask for. Lanette and Tomas are wonderful, caring,, friendly and super host. Apartment is clean, and organized for any need you might have (literally). Totally enjoyed chatting with Lanette and meeting Tomas, left feeling we had new friends. Outdoor property is very well kept and very welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place!

We came to Eagle River to visit our son in the army The weather was incredible! 40 days of sunshine a year and we got seven! This is the perfect place to stay for any occasion. Thanks to Tomas and Lanette we were warmly welcomed. Lanette asked if there was anything to make our stay better next time. I said a grab bar in the shower. Tomas had picked one up the next day!

CLEAN & COZY

We arrived in AK for a week of hiking and a friend’s wedding. We needed a clean space to rest our tired feet and get a good night sleep. This was the perfect place for us. It had plenty of long days of hiking North and south of us. The home was conveniently located to groceries, restaurants, coffee and activities. It was VERY CLEAN and we were Very happy. It was dark in the bedroom and easy to get a good nights rest. We lacked nothing. Coolers are available to take a picnic/drinks in the car. The internet and Roku worked well. Thank you Lanett and Thomas. When we are back in Anchorage area I would definitely rent this apartment again.

Sink Sand Bed

We were not aware that we had a lower level apartment, so it is inevitable to hear foot steps from the ceiling. There was only a single roll of toilet paper, no Kleenex anywhere to be found, TV in the bedroom was not working properly (fuzzy and in/out picture). Otherwise the apartment was decorated lovely and comfortable. Owner was prompt at supplying an additional roll of toilet paper.

You had 4 rolls of toilet paper to start your stay! Living room has over 6 premium channels to choose from. The mattress is a hit and miss according to your previous.. that's a tuff one. Thank you for your stay.
