we had a wonderful 3 night stay. host is alway accommodating. beach is a few steps away and you can't beat the location. can't wait to visit again. 10 out of 10.

Room was nice. It was a little far from everything. We had to drive to everything and pay for parking. Condo is right on the main road. Traffic was very loud.

The room was perfect for our needs, which means it was clean, and had a good bed. We do not tend to spend a lot of time in our room when traveling, however, location is very important. Literally right across from the beach. Left the room each morning with my coffee and walked the shore watching the incredible sunrises, and had a nice place to crash after riding the waves all day, walking for miles and exploring everything from one end of the beach to the next.

Room was clean. Location was nice view of the water was also nice. The couch would need to be replaced. It was not very comfortable. It would’ve been nice if there were at least a toaster or some type of hot plate in the kitchen area since frying pans were provided, but nothing to cook on. With the unit being right on Ocean Boulevard traffic at times was very loud but by 9 o’clock in the evening, it would quiet down. If the slider was closed, it helped with the noise. It was very nice to sit out on our private balcony and watch the sunrise while having our morning coffee.

Stayed for 5 nights with my family. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the Boardwalk. Loved watching the sunrise and set just steps away from the condo.

Nice stay.

It was a decent stay , only reason for 4 stars is the mattress is completely worn out and sinks in the middle.

Great place to stay at Hampton Beach

Our stay was wonderful, every morning I got to get up and have my coffee while listening to the waves crashing and a beautiful view of the beach. We went for daily walks on the boardwalk and on the beach did a couple of excursions to nearby Portsmouth and Kittery and of course enjoyed the beach.
