Beautiful location, you can sit in the common area and enjoy the ocean view. Good coffee and restaurants in walking distance. Place was clean and comfortable. Always nice to have parking, it is a dirt lot if that matters to you.

A very comfortable and clean rental centrally located in OB. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and many more amenities throughout the unit. Great communication with the hosts and sunsets on the patio made it a memorable visit. This is a gem!

Listing is accurate. Very clean, easy access, and quite comfortable. Full of “extras” provided, which we truly appreciated. Parking is up a slightly uneven dirt/gravel slope BUT thankful to have a dedicated spot! Shared patio was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend.

We have used VRBO for vacations for over 10 years. This property is a perfect example as to why we continue to book through VRBO. This location was perfect for our stay visiting family while in San Diego. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. Perfect location to downtown Ocean Beach and well within walking distance. Highly recommend this property! Our ocean view from our patio was wonderful! Having a parking spot was also an added bonus.

The home and area was PERFECT! Very nice condo with beautiful view and great location just close enough to walk to the main strip and far enough not to hear everyone late at night. It was very quiet and relaxing. The hosts were great too. Very responsive and helpful with knowledge of thr area. Will definitely stay here again!

Our first family trip to San Diego was amazing because we had John as our host. The condo was clean and is equipped with everything you need such as coffee maker, cookware, utensils, beach gear, and the sofa bed. We love that the beach and shops were within walking distance. Being able to watch the sunset every night was incredible. I highly recommend the vrbo!

My wife and I stay was comfortable, the condo was clean and well stocked with essentials. Its location was 10 minute walk from stores and restaurants. We did not have a car for our stay and my wife is 71 and I’m 74, we had no issues getting anywhere by foot. We highly recommend this property.

Thoughtfully appointed, very clean and charming little spot close enough to walk to everything but situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The apartment itself does not have any views but having access to the beautiful shared patio was perfect. I like a quiet spot to watch the waves and read a book and this hit all the marks. The hosts were very responsive and easy to work with.

The condo was very clean and very comfortable. The host was quick to respond to any questions. This is in a great location - within a half mile walk to the beach and restaurants and 10 minute drive to the airport. The views of the ocean from the patio around the back were spectacular as well as the sunset views.

This OB gem was fantastic! The owners had great local recommendations for places to eat and visit. The shared patio has stunning, clear views of the ocean and sunsets. We explored the tide pools down below - highly recommend! It is a very easy and quick walk into town for coffee, ice cream, and shops. We appreciated the dedicated parking spot for the unit. It was the perfect amount of space for my husband and I during a week-long conference in Mission Beach. Thank you!!

The rooms were hot when we entered and it took over an hour to get the place cooled down. The number for the parking was not visible so we had to search for the stick and put it back up. The entrance to the parking was very steep, uneven and difficult to enter.
