About this property

Contemporary Cliffside Getaway with Ocean Front Patio

Cozy and remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bath upstairs condo with all the amenities. Located in the eclectic town of Ocean Beach, this contemporary furnished condo has direct access to a beautiful shared ocean front patio where you can relax and watch the amazing San Diego sunsets. This building sits on a small bluff directly overlooking the tide pools, and ocean below. The patio also has a great view of the famous Ocean Beach pier, and surrounding coastline. The unit is located in the rear of the building with no ocean view, but only a 50 foot or so walk to the ocean front patio. Parking is behind our yellow building in the upper lot #3 spot. The unit also is fully equipped with air conditioning.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Place all furniture in its original location. -Place dirty towels in the bathtub.
-Turn off air conditioners, fans and heat. -Log out of all streaming apps on the TV.
-Place all beach gear in the condo. There is a hose to wash off sand by the front of the patio along the walkway. -Lisa will be over at 10:00 a.m., if you decide to leave early please let us know.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Damage deposit will be withheld if more than 4 occupy condo or patio.
Quiet hours 10 pm every night.
No large gatherings.

We loved our stay at the Cliffside Getaway. We were able to walk everywhere. Location was extremely safe and very picturesque. The condo was extremely clean, everything you could need. We wish we could have stayed longer.

It was great. I wish the laundry was not an all in one washer and dryer. Sadly our close never dried fully so we had to air dry, but this would not deter me from staying here again. Great location and beautiful property

Our stay was great. The condo is modern, clean and bright, with comfortable bed. Close to beach and activities. There is designated parking across the street. All safe and good. Property Managers service was 10/10, and quickly responded to any questions and needs. We would definitely come again.

Great Easter in San Diego

Great condo steps from the ocean. Far enough out of the noise of Ocean Beach, but close enough to walk and grab food. Hodads is a must for a great burger!

Perfect for us.

Very comfortable, condo is well stocked, and easy to access. Owners are quick to respond and accommodating. We loved the back patio space and were able to enjoy a bbq in wonderful weather.

Great condo in nice location near tide pools. My son and I loved walking down by the tide pools each evening. We watched the waves and looked for little crabs. The condo was very clean and exactly what we needed.

Amazing ocean views

Enjoyed a week long family vacation in San Diego. The views from the property were stunning. We enjoyed watching the sunset every evening. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Also close to major attractions (Sea World, Zoo, Whale Watching Tours). House was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in the Ocean Beach area.

Great Oceanside location

The only drawback is being in the airport traffic lanes. One positive is the air traffic starts around 6:30AM and ends around 11:00 PM

Great Stay!

Great little cliffside condo. Perfect for a great little stay and enough room for us to get ready to go. So close to Seaworld and lots of little shops near by to explore. Beautiful scenery to enjoy.

This cozy spot has everything we needed for an extended beach getaway. Fan favorites include the quiet patio for sunset dinners, easy parking, clean space, light and windows, and Indie Yoga - the hot yoga studio just a few blocks away. We enjoyed fish tacos at South Beach Bar and Grill, climbing down the cliffs to explore the tide pools, and some pampering at Details Salon and Spa. Morning walks to Point Loma Nazarene University make for the most beautiful workout in OB, San Diego's best walkable community. Property Manager Lisa was responsive and friendly. Thank you for such a memorable visit!
