Excellent duplex house in a condominium located on a quiet tree-lined street, with WIFI, comfort with a great beach location that this year has been certified with the Blue Flag, international seal of water and sand quality. The street has direct access to Peró and Conchas beach, approximately 10 minutes walk, near Peró shopping, restaurants and bakeries. 2 bedroom house with 2 suites, large living room with kitchen, social bathroom on the ground floor (in all there are 3 full bathrooms), balcony and laundry area, the house has TV in every room, sleeps 6 people maximum 8 . It has fridge with freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, electric rice cooker, sandwich maker, washing machine and ceiling fan in all environments, electric and portable charcoal barbecue, has 1 car space with automatic gate, but in street may be other cars
