Sunbreeze Villa, Saint Croix

4-night minimum stay. ***Ability to rent only one or two or three suites versus the ENTIRE 4 bedrooms at Sunbreeze Villa depending on your requirements. Submit inquiry for details. We can accommodate one to eight persons comfortably.
Two complete homes in one! 4 Bedrooms 4 baths overlooking fabulous Cane Bay Beach. One outdoor 1/2 bath near hammock and outdoor sink/bar for your use. Less than a mile to Cane Bay Beach. A smaller private beach is located at our main entrance. Beach options! 🏖
Sunbreeze Villa is a very secluded, grid tied solar-powered home and pool nestled on the lush side of Mt. Eagle along the stunning Cane Bay, on the lovely Caribbean island of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. A modern home with island charm and marvelous ocean views. You can see St. Thomas, St. John, and the BVIs, all while being within minutes of award-winning beaches, bars, scuba diving and fine dining.
Sunbreeze Villa can accommodate up to 8 vacationing together yet allow for privacy with 4 bedrooms 4 full baths. Outdoor living space overlooking the glistening pool and Caribbean Sea. It has a lounge area with built-in day bed or Hammock for afternoon naps, teak reading chairs, hand-crafted wet bar, outdoor shower, teak dining table to seat 8, stainless gas grill, and relaxing pool lounges. The views are extremely beautiful!! Comfortably accommodates 8 guests max.
To the east, is SUNRISE Villa and to the west is SUNSET Villa. Villas have central great rooms with cathedral ceilings, full kitchens, master bedrooms with private baths, and upstairs 2 more bedrooms with private baths. All floors are tiled with Italian travertine. The front of each Villa faces the sea with a wall of 8 foot, all-glass, French doors that open to the Sun and Breeze, hence the name! Both great rooms and all bedrooms have lovely views of the sea.
***Sunbreeze Villa will only be rented to one reservation of 2-8 people at one time. No double-booking of multiple reservations at once during same dates to ensure privacy and total relaxation!!!

The property is lovely and has an amazing view. The rooms are comfortable and the house is spacious. The kitchen has enough of the things you need to cook. If you need a property for 4 couples, this is a great spot. A few things to know, that do not take away from the property, but worth knowing when you book. The house is on a bluff up from the ocean and the hill to get there is very steep. A difficult walk for sure. We mostly drove up and down. Cape Bay, the beach area adjacent to the property had a few fun bars and restaurants, chairs on the beach and off-shore snorkeling. There are lots of other beaches but all mostly 25-30 mins away. We highly recommend this property and it was perfect for our holiday with our grown sons and their partners.

Location and view were perfect and amazing! Villa was clean and kitchen was well equipped. Road up to the villa definitely needs an SUV. Overall we would stay here again and highly recommend!

We had such an amazing time. This was the first family vacation my partner and I took with our respective children. They ranged in ages from 7-17. There was room for everyone to have their own space while also having such a great middle outdoor area that we could hang out as a family. The pool was delightful. It was close to Cane Beach. My partner and his daughter made good use of the close dive shop. It was simply perfect. And, the hosts were super attentive as we stayed during Hurricane Erin. No problems whatsoever, but they were attentive and proactive.

The property was amazing. The views wonderful, beds comfortable. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved the quiet location on the island. The only negative thing was the large curve in the driveway that was in terrible shape, and difficult to get up, holes and gravel. We did learn where to go to make it up, but has a lot of reviews stated it was not fun. And we live on a mountain so steep was not new to us. But it aside from that it really is wonderful.

One of the nicest places to stay

Beautiful views of the North Shore. House was wonderful. Couldn’t have a better location. Definitely need a four Wheel drive vehicle. Restaurants were nearby despite its seemingly remote location.

I almost don’t want to report on this property. It was too good and I don’t want so many people coming that it’s not available the next time we want to go! I spend a great deal of time in the Virgin Islands and this is by far my favorite property. When you bring people in for the first time, the “oooos” and “ahhhhhs” are deafening!I can’t say enough about the property, the owners and the management. Outstanding!

Amazing!

Michael, the property manager, was amazing and very on top of it! Prior to arriving, he contacted us to tell us that he would meet us to bring us to the property to show us how things worked and where everything was at the property. I requested pool noodles and he made sure to have those at the house for us. When we arrived, he asked if we needed to go to the grocery store, and gave us very detailed, easy directions, and met us there. Perfect welcoming! The property is located in a fantastic area with beaches and local bar and grills… our favorite is The Landing! The property has everything you need from hair dryer to curling irons, shampoo and conditioner, all kitchen items, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. Beautiful scenery as shown in my pictures! Great place to stay!

Absolutely stunning - this place is pure relaxation with views that make it impossible to leave. For a family of 5, we had way more space than we needed, but it was worth it for the pool and endless ocean views.

Another excellent stay!

This is our third stay in 3 and 1/2 years and we love Sunbreeze Villa and St. Croix so much. This place has become like a second home. I can’t say enough about how responsive the staff was during our stay. Michael was so helpful and responsive to our needs. We will be back!

Great Stay

Wonderful location. Well maintained property. Perfect for our group of adults. We just love everything about Sunbreeze Villa. However, the unpaved road up the hill to the villa is challenging.

Wouldn’t change a thing!

Absolutely beautiful property with gorgeous tropical landscaping and THE most stunning views of the Caribbean! Perfectly situated on the north shore and central to everything we wanted to explore on the island. Our family had plenty of room to spread out with the four separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the central courtyard overlooking the pool for breakfast each morning and nights that we grilled. The kitchen was well equipped, and had everything we needed! We loved hanging out at the villa so much that we canceled two full days of our plans just to enjoy the property! Very private and safe… spotless and clean… easy to find… and just a few minutes drive to The Landing and Canes Bay Beach. We will most certainly return!

Beautiful property with stunning views of the ocean. Seaside restaurants/bars and a beach just down the hill. Nicely equipped kitchen with newer pots/pans. Spacious living area but you will be outside most of the time enjoying the view by the pool! The outside table area was perfect for evening dinner and drinks. The welcome basket was a nice touch. All the amenities you don't need to pack...beach towels, shampoo & conditioner, hair dryer, cooking oil and spices, even an honor bar (drink some, leave some)! Owner was very quick to respond to any questions. She even sent us a list of things to do on the island which was really helpful. Absolutely recommend staying here!

The home is as beautiful as the advertisement. You will need a capable car to get up the drive but other than that our stay was perfect. We will be back and we will rent this home again.

Views from the house were amazing and we loved the house. It was one of our favorite houses we have stayed at in our past 20 years of visiting. The pool was great and everything worked really well. Ashley our Booking Liaison was very helpful to accommodate every request we had.Directions to the house were excellent (especially wide turn :-) . Highly recommend to rent an all-wheel or four-wheel car so it is easy to get to the house.Thank you.

Stunning!!!!!

My husband, our two sons and their partners enjoyed a week at the villa. Amazing views, incredibly comfortable and the sunsets are killer. We used the main kitchen (there are two!) for everything, and it's fully loaded with all he equipment you need. Every bedroom had a great view, and their own ensuite bath. You can hear the ocean from everywhere. We enjoyed dining on the large outdoor table and hanging out by the pool. We were warmly welcomed by Romeo, who gave us a tour of the facilities and explained how everything worked. There was a glitch one day and a circuit tripped in the kitchen, and Michael was there to fix it in no time flat. Great communication with either texting or on the VRBO app. There are pool and beach toys, a multitude of snorkel items, games, books, and luggage racks. A very well stocked home. Thank you for the delightful stay!

Wow Wow Wow

The view is breathtaking. The layout of the house worked great for my wife and me, daughter and husband, and son his wife and two kids five and under. A big shout out to the staff. We rent from Cane Bay Views a lot and the owner and staff are consistently excellent. Absolutely no complaints and we highly recommend it!!
