The gist was very accommodating of our needs and went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. It snowed 6 inches while we were there and the driveway was cleared early the next morning. They even scraped our car windows. The house is comfortable and great for a group!

Great location to launch from to see areas outside of Hartford but still have the city close by. A very nice Reservoir/Park is within a very short walk, we took advantage of that....House was very nice and had all the amenities you would need. Very quiet neighborhood and private back yard setting. Owner was more than accomdating and easily available. I would have no reservations staying here again!

clean and comfortable

One thing that stands out for our needs is the number of beds. Men don't like to share a bed! With 2 beds in a bedroom they only have to put up with snoring!
