Nice location and clean

We enjoyed our stay. It sleeps 8 but only by using the air mattress and pull out couch. We could have used extra sheets, pillows, towels and toilet paper. Thank you!

Plymouth visit

Had a great stay at Kevin and Kristin’s place in Plymouth while visiting family over the Christmas holidays. Condo was very comfortable, looked recently remodeled and had everything we needed. Location was fantastic for easy walks to charming downtown Plymouth. Walked out for coffee, to Westborn market, and just roamed around the neighborhood. Would highly recommend it.

-I requested an extra day after realizing my mistake in booking but did not receive a definitive answer so I took that as a no. -On arrival, the unit was not guest-ready (beds unmade, leftover garbage, and the door wasn’t locked and battery's on the counter. Had to move to another unit, which was more move-in ready.Pros•Clean overall.•Master bed and linens were excellent—very comfortable.•Minimalist setup that mostly served its purpose. •Great tv size .Cons / Issues Noticed•Outdated instructions: House guide says to park behind the “red fence,” but the fence isn’t red, which caused confusion.•Safety (outdoor): The outdoor step is wobbly and feels unsafe.•Safety (indoor stairs): On the interior staircase, steps 2–4 seem improperly installed or off-pitch; this needs attention due to safety concerns.•TV: Couldn’t get the upstairs TV to work; it stayed on the Roku menu and there were no troubleshooting steps.- by the time we arrived late at night, it was too late to call about it. •Communication: No confirmation either way on my extension request.•Expired item: Coffee creamer in the cabinet expired in 2023—my husband almost used it. Amazing Townhouse

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely townhouse. It was exactly what we needed with a fully stocked kitchen (minus seasonings). The beds were very comfortable and the house was tastefully decorated. The only thing we would have appreciated was a tub stopper for the tub as there was not an actual spout and only a shower head. We had to improvise to get a bath going for my kids. The playground is directly across the street and our kids loved being able to play there in the morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Once of the cleanest places I have ever stayed

This place is immaculate and just like the pictures show. Very clean, modern, and comfortable. It is a older condo that has been totally refreshed on the inside form top to bottom. I will definitely stay here again the next I'm in the area!!!

In town for funeral

The property fit our needs well for attending a funeral. We wanted a space that fit several of us, and to have a living room and kitchen. Communication with the owner was very good. Location was great. There was a cleaning fee, owner fee and service fee and additional person fee. And you have to purchase an insurance or do a refundable deposit. This was my first time using this site and I didn't notice the fees until after I requested to book.The owner did work with me to look into removing our additional person fee, so that was appreciated. I just thought the fees were extensive and the owner did address my concerns. The listing says pull out couch and that is inaccurate and should be updated on the site. Also, the second bedroom sleeps 2 people, and from the picture on the listing you might think it sleeps 3. So, really the place sleeps only 6 people without the pull out couch, not 8. The host did very well address any concerns we had.

Excellent location, Exactly as pictured, Clean

We came to Plymouth to help my son move into a new house. The location of this condo was in a nice older neighborhood, it was pretty quiet and we felt safe. There is a cute park/playground across the street. The condo was exactly as pictured but actually feels a little more spacious than the pictures showed. It was very clean and had just enough of the basics to make it feel like home. The washer and dryer in the basement looked brand new and it was nice to have since we were there for 10 days. Check in was easy. We arrived a few minutes before check in and the cleaning person let us in. We did have an issue with the door code not working when we went to leave BUT Kevin was quick to respond with a new code that worked perfectly. There is a Rite Aid drug store within walking distance and very close to the downtown Plymouth area. WiFi worked great. TV is smart TV set up for streaming which was perfect for us. Nothing was really required at check out but we always try to leave the condo in the condition we found it so we left a load of towels in the washer, loaded and ran the dishwasher and collected all our trash. We would stay here again.

Staying here was wonderful. Loved the location and across the street was a wonderful park for children. Walking distance to Plymouth downtown was a bonus!
