Holidays at the organic farm to relax and recharge your batteries

Our house is in a completely quiet, secluded location, but only a few minutes' walk from the town center. It has 1 new, very nicely furnished apartment with a large south-facing balcony.
In winter, the cross-country ski trail runs right past the house.
Also some of the most beautiful ski areas in Tyrol (Steinplatte, Schiwelt Wilder Kaiser ski region Schneewinkel and Kitzbühel) are in the immediate vicinity approx. 5 - 15 minutes by car.


Pure skiing pleasure: Some of the most beautiful ski areas in Tyrol (Steinplatte, Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser,
Ski region Schneewinkel and Kitzbühel) are in the immediate distance approx. 5 - 15 minutes by car.
An entry to a classic and a skater cross-country trail with 275km total trails without trail usage fee are next to our farm.
Guided snowshoe hikes as well as ski tours and a biathlon school are also in our neighborhood.

Summer hikes: Many alpine hikes (Bacheralm, Metzgeralm, Adlerspoint) can be started on foot directly from our house.
The Kaiser Mountains with the Wilder and Niederkaiser can also be reached without a vehicle.
Approximately Our family outdoor pool with slide and mini golf course, as well as a beach volleyball court and the Kaiserquell wellness center are a 5-minute walk away.

Mountain bike: Over 200 km of bike and mountain bike trails lead you to the most beautiful corners of the region, past cozy rest areas and unique natural sites.

Lovely house

Beautifull view, nice balcony. Kind hosts. When you are with 4, 2 people needs to sleep in de living room. This bed is ok.

Der Entspannungsurlaub

Der Aufenthalt war fabelhaft, der Biobauernhof liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Gerne kommen wir mal wieder zum Besuch. Wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen und werden die Berge sehr vermissen.

Alles war wunderbar!

Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Neben der sauberen und ordentlichen Wohnung, lädt auch der charmante Eingangsbereich in die Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre ein. Die Lage war ideal, um in unterschiedliche Regionen für Ausflüge zu starten. Sowohl Saalbach, als auch Salzburg sind zügig zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lieben Dank an die Gastgeber :)

Wundervoll

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt über acht Tage genossen. In der schönen FeWo und bei den Vermietern haben wir uns sehr wohl und super aufgenommen gefühlt. Die Lage und Aussicht ist top, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles absolut weiter zu empfehlen…👍👍👍 Wir kommen gerne wieder…🤗

Der irre Duft nach frischem Heu

Der Aufenthalt auf dem Biobauernhof hat uns einen völlig neuen Eindruck von Landwirtschaft vermittelt. Außer einer Katze haben wir keine Tiere gesehen. Den Duft der Heuernte hätte ich mir gern konserviert. Schöne Wohnung, freundliche Gastgeber, herrlicher Ausblick, gute Erreichbarkeit. Also: sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöner Wanderurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und auch geräumig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war dort sehr ruhig. Milch und Eier direkt vom Hof gab es auch auf Nachfrage. Wir haben schöne Wanderungen gemacht und sind dabei an unsere Grenzen gestoßen, da wir nicht immer wussten, wie die Wege aussahen. Der Urlaub war richtig toll und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.....auch zu Josef und Barbara Huter. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche.

Erholung im Birkenhof

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Appartement war alles vorhanden, was einen Aufenthalt gemütlich macht. Der Blick zu den Bergen war einfach traumhaft. Natürlich gibt es Autos, die immer mal wieder auf der Straße fahren, aber wie hätten wir hier hinkommen können? Und nicht zu vergessen, die leckere frische Milch und die Eier, die wir uns mehrfach bei den immer freundlichen Vermietern nachbestellen konnten. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Rund um gelungener Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns mit unserem Hund sehr wohlgefühlt. Vor allem die Sauberkeit und die Größe der Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf das Kitzbüheler Horn haben uns sehr überzeugt. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.

Bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal

Wir wurden von Familie Huter herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Vom Hof aus kann man jede Menge tolle Unternehmungen starten und der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wirklich phantastisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und könnten uns gut vorstellen nochmal wieder zu kommen.

Schöne Auszeit

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern für vier Tage da. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und im Umfeld gibt es genug Aktivitäten, gerade mit Kindern. Aussicht vom Balkon war traumhaft und die Gastgeber sehr nett. Nur zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

traumhafter Blick vom Balkon und super Lage

Wir haben 14 sehr erholsame Tage im Birkenhof verbracht sowie morgens und abends die tolle Aussicht vom Balkon beim Essen und die Ruhe genossen. Zur Wohnung ist nicht viel zu sagen. Sie ist wie beschrieben gut eingerichtet. Einzige kleine Anregung: Ein Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank wäre gut. Aber auch dieses Problemchen wurde gut gelöst. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmals wieder kommen und die Wohnung sowie die Umgebung genießen.

Schöne Wohnung - Gute Erholung
