This cute condo on the second floor has one bedroom and bath. Permitted parking is available right in front of the unit. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities of home. There is a balcony overlooking a lush tree belt, away from traffic noise - perfect for drinking your morning coffee and planning the day. We have an onsite pool and laundry facility. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all just a few steps away - no need to drive if you don't want to!

Nice Kihei condo

Clean comfortable condo with a super king bed… great linens! Walking distance to good beaches and a variety of dining options. Nice clean pool and grounds. Teri was very accommodating and kind.

Great location and recreational equipment

Had a very nice stay. The location was great, near the beach and lots of restaurants. It was also very helpful to be able to use the beach chairs and cooler. Only thing is that there wasn’t any soap or shampoo for the shower, so be sure to bring your own.

Maui stay

Location was perfect! 2 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants available. The unit was clean and equipped with all the necessity needed. Thank you for everything!

Vacation in Maui

Very nice stay. Very well equipped and furnished. Plenty of beach towels, mat, chairs. Also some snorkel equipment available. Very close to shopping center. Probably the best feature is really close to Kam 1-3 beaches, great for walking, snorkeling, swimming, etc.Only thing that can be improved is the AC situation. There’s only a window unit in the living room. Mini split would really improve the cooling in the condo.

Nice rental on the beach

Condo was very clean and spacious. Many fans provided to circulate the air flow into the bedroom. We slept on the pullout couch near the air conditioner most nights and it was just as comfortable as a regular bed! We had an awesome vacation and would stay again!

Maui Music Adventure

Great location for me. Everything you need is local (food, beach, shopping), don't have to get in the car if you don't want to. Easy access to Maui route 31 for getting to other parts of Maui. Only thing I didn't find local was Hawaiian music (though could find some with a short drive)

All we needed

Wife and I stayed 5 wks. Found condo to perfect for us. Had everything we needed . Our favorite location on Maui. Would for sure return. Owner was quick to anwser questions we had at start.

Good for Price

Clean simple condo in great location. Had a lot of fun games, beach gear, and a decently stocked kitchen. The property is nice and the pool was great. Only complaint was that there is no AC in the bedroom and it’s uncomfortably hot most nights even with fans on so we ended up cramming our whole family into the living room pull out bed several nights.

Centrally located in Kihei but older condo

The location was great with a nice beach in walking distance across the street and many restaurants and shops nearby. Condo was functional with full amenities but the carpet and living room rug was completely worn out and had old stains. The sofa and chair cushions also need an upgrade or at least a clean new slipcover.

Great location, good value

We loved this condo! This is my 6th trip to Kihei and this is my favourite rental condo. PROS: great cross breeze + fans (ceiling & portable) in each room = we didn't turn on the AC even once, amazing location, incredibly quiet (large empty lot on balcony side, 1/2 block from main road: South Kihei Road), parking is right in front, very comfortable king bed, nice pool, fully stocked kitchen, lots of beach gear (2 chairs, 1 umbrella, snorkel gear), Joe & Teri were great to deal with. CONS (I've informed the owners): the balcony screen is ripped (we had some mosquitos inside), livingroom fan is noisy and wobbly, kitchen garbage needs a lid (it gets smelly very fast), the 2 cutting boards are "done".

Not good

Do not waste your money and time .there are mouses in the apartment when we arrived the sheets were dirty and had poop mouse and shower bathroom mat carpet room were dirty too .if you want to enjoy a good time in a clean place this is the wrong choice.

Overall pretty good. The AC however is only in the living room and automatically shuts off every 6 hours making it impossible to get a full nights rest. There also isn’t a dishwasher and the washer/dryers you have to pay for.

Eine super Lage und ein nettes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung. Vor allem die Bodyboards und Strand-Stühle haben wir gerne genutzt.Den Pool haben wir auch gerne genutzt, es war nie voll dort. Es war möglich seine Wäsche gegen Gebühr zu waschen und zu trocknen, wobei eine Maschine in der Unterkunft perfekt gewesen wäre. Der Herd und Ofen sind leider etwas primitiv, aber wir hatten eigentlich alles, was wir brauchten.Das Schlafzimmer war leider etwas muffig (vermutlich durch den Teppich) und es war uns auch nachts zu warm. Die Klimaanlage hat es nicht geschafft beide Räume genug zu kühlen, sodass sie auch nachts laufen musste, was sehr laut war.Insgesamt waren wir aber zufrieden und würden auch gerne wieder kommen. Ein später Checkout war sogar auch möglich, was uns durch den späten Rückflug sehr gelegen kam!

Great Weekend in Kihei

Great location, easy free parking. Access to pool towels, chairs, etc. Only note, air conditioner automatically shuts off after 6hr timer, so it constantly had to be reset. Otherwise great stay.

Beautiful & very well maintained condo community just steps away from the beach. Well appointed with everything we could need; including snorkeling gear & boogie boards. Excellent location for walking & soaking up beach vibes. Also, great starting location for drives along the coast. Crystal clear community pool & adorable laundry facility on site.

Great location!

The condo was clean and conveniently located. We didn’t need to get in the car at all to access the beach, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Walking trails along the shoreline. The king size bed and pull out couch were both comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrella were helpful for beach days.

Perfect family vacation condo rental

Très bien situé et confortable

L’emplacement est excellent. L’appartement est très confortable et bien équipé. Le matériel de plage est très apprécié mais doit être changé surtout le parasol qui n’est plus très fonctionnel. Étant une famille de 4 et nous y avons été pendant 5 nuits nous avons dû aller acheter du papier de toilette car il n’y en avait pas assez . Prévoir plus de rouleurs l’avenir.
