The modern holiday home is located in the Dankern holiday center in the state-approved resort and holiday resort of Haren / Ems with its 23,000 inhabitants, but in a quiet location in the forest settlement of de Borg. Here in the holiday park you will find a wide range of leisure activities as well as the large Dankernsee (3 ha) with a variety of leisure activities for young and old. Very well signposted bikes and hiking trails invite you to explore. Families and nature lovers get their money's worth here as well as sporty and active vacationers. The well-kept 18-hole Gut Düneburg golf course and the eve dayspa with beauty, sauna and massage are about 1.5 km away.

The holiday park generally has a winter break from the end of October to mid-March, depending on the holiday - for exact seasons, please see Schloss Dankern's website. The lake is accessible free of charge all year round.
