The large home features original artwork and large windows throughout so you can enjoy the beautiful trees surrounding the home.

This unique home features a large yard & relaxing views of the bay & towering trees, over 1000 sqft deck, big screen TV, large open living room, original artwork, and a huge master suite. Great location short drive from beaches parks & trails. 10 mins from historical downtown, bars and restaurants. 10 mins to Pensacola Airport 25 mins to Pensacola Beach 28 mins to NAS 1 hour to Fort Walton/Destin.

Conveniently located near the intersection of I-10 & Scenic Highway. We're just 5 miles to the airport, 7 miles to downtown Pensacola & wedding venues, 12 miles to the Caribbean blue water & white sugar sand of Pensacola beach, 1 mile from historical chimney park & trails, 5 miles to Bayview park & public boat launch, 12 miles to NAS Naval Station, Aviation Museum, light house & Blue Angels Headquarters. You can view the Angels practice a few days a week in the summer months. If you've never experienced them it's a must see. The aviation museum is also free and is absolutely massive. They have multiple huge hangers with hundreds of aircraft on display.
If you want to fish or kayak Chimney Park has a bayside beach. Pensacola Paddlesports offers kayak and SUP board rentals at very reasonable rates from Bayside Park.
If you're coming primarily for the beach make sure and check out historical downtown Pensacola off Palafox Street. The downtown area is very charming and is gone to many iconic bars, restaurants, coffee shops and sweet shops. They have Gallery Night one Saturday night a month where they close of Palafox for car traffic and you admire or purchase locally made art work.

This is a beautiful home, I love that every bedroom has their own bathroom. All the upstairs bedroom has a lot of space. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and Pensacola beach. I would caution that if you have toddlers there is an abundance of glass wear.

We like taking road trips with our three children and occasionally our fur babies. Our hobbies include fixing up houses, gardening, aquariums, snorkeling, cooking, painting and arts & crafts.

Why they chose this property

Our favorite thing about this house are the giant oak trees & the ocean views. The house is so unique and really reminds us of the beautiful homes we grew up admiring in North West Hills of Austin Texas. We plan on rennovation the home a little at a time over the next few years and eventually retiring to Pensacola.

What makes this property unique

The house really is one of a kind. It sits high on a hill & has a super neat big yard full of large trees. You can see the bay from different viewpoints of the yard & house. The big deck is a great place to hang out with family & friends. We really enjoy listening to music, BBQing and drinking wine on the main deck.
